ALIDA LUXE Apartment

Schoon, ruim, perfect gelegen, rustig

Location was perfect. A short stroll to the centre. The apartment was very well appointed. Tanja had thought of everything to make our stay very comfortable. She was the consummate host.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

The property inside was very high standard . A lot of thought was put into the furnishings and design. It was very clean and comfortable with every thing you could possibly want . The electrical equipment was of a high standard . The bed and pillows very comfortable. Loads of hanging space and storage The host was very helpful and quick to respond. The geographical location was perfect for walking to Riva and beyond. Also for Marjan hill area . Supermarkets and restaurants not too far away .

It has taken a lot of consideration to write this review. But we feel we need to be honest. No matter how much we think Tanja was a superb host . This property was a tale of two halves. The inside did not match the outside . Yes there was a view of the harbour and we could watch the boats coming in and out . But the view if you dropped your gaze was awful . The entrance to the property was not attractive . Smelly bin shed welcomed us on arrival. We barely used the balcony for the above reasons . Sight and smells. The back area was unattractive and unsafe and we had no idea who it was meant for . We felt the bedrooms were its highlight. They were bright and airy but lounge kitchen dining area was bit cramped and dark . We wondered why this property scored so high on previous reviews .. The inside is its shining glory and the lovely host. A few changes to the exterior would improve it .

Amazing modern apartment with everything you need. Very clean, great location to everything.
