There is a construction going on right in front of the balcony. Might be an issue for light sleepers. It was a lovely stay otherwise.

Spacious apartment. All very clean and comfortable

We were not informed about the big construction site right in front of the balcony, it was going on all days except Sunday. It was so loud we could not use the balcony during the day and it woke us up early in the morning.

Great stay in a luxury apartment

Excellent location, close to the town center, nice views, beautiful, luxury and very spacious apartment, very clean and with everything that was needed. Very nice host Tino, who even gave us a ride to the ferry. The check-in and check out was easy. There was a supermarket close by and local restaurants.

That we couldn't stay there for longer because we wanted to explore also other parts of this beautiful country.

Overall our stay was good. Loved the living room for chill time and it's was new and very clean.

Likes- nice size rooms, comfortable beds, clean, couch area with prime TV, bathrooms nice with good shower.

Missing beach towels, location was not ideal, not enough basics- ran out of toilet paper in one bathroom.

We loved our stay here. The One is a really spacious apartment, fully air conditioned, clean and refurbished to a high spec recently. It’s a short walk through the marina to the old town and we liked it for being outside the main town as it was quieter. As another reviewer has said, there’s building work in front of the flat but that didn’t bother us. parking is on the road outside the flat and it’s a good walking distance through marjan park to the nearest beaches. Tino was really helpful and we would throughly recommend this apartment.

Great Apartment in a perfect location. Supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants - everything is very close. It takes only a 5 min walk to the center. Tino is a very friendly and courteous host.

Great stay - recommend booking!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at The One! The owner and his family were extremely welcoming. The apartment is really modern and is in a great location near the marina (5 minute walk). The facilities were amazing, we especially loved the water and ice dispenser and WIFI.

Apartament ładnie urządzony, w pełni wyposażony, komfortowy nawet dla 7 osobowej grupy, czysty i zadbany. W bliskiej odległości od portu i starego miasta - spacerkiem tylko kilka minut.

Zdjęcie z balkonu kompletnie niezgodne z rzeczywistością. W zasięgu wzroku nie było widoku na marinę tylko na wielki plac budowy nowego obiektu. Uciążliwe były także odgłosy dochodzące z budowy, która znajduje się dosłownie po drugiej stronie ulicy, na dodatek już od godziny 7 rano.

Modernes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartement mit allem drin. Tino stellt sogar Kaffeekapseln, Haushaltpapier und weitere nützliche Details zur Verfügung, sodass man sehr gut sein Frühstück im benachbarten Supermarkt einkaufen kann. Zentrale Lage.

Es wird eine Kaution von 300 Euro Cash verlangt. Das ist irgendwo in einem pull-down Menüpunkt in booking.com erwähnt. Wenn man ankommt müssen die 300 sofort bezahlt werden. Riesen Neubau direkt vor dem Apartment, welcher jetzt Lärm macht und künftig die Aussicht auf den Hafen nimmt
