Stan je 10ak minuta pješke udaljen od Parka mladeži, što nam je olakšalo iskustvo Ultra Music festivala. Spavaće sobe su prostrane, udobni kreveti i dovoljno mjesta za pospremiti svoje stvari. Lijep pogled s balkona i dovoljno velik prostor sveukupno.

Bilo bi dobro da apartman ima barem još jedan WC i tuš, budući da je to apartman za 5-6 osoba.

Anita was very engaged and available and really went out of her way to ensure we had the best time 15 minute walk to the centre but it meant seeing a different side to Split. The neighborhood had a real charm to it. Abundance of amenities already provided. 3 nice double beds all offering fantastic views, as did the balcony. Spacious lounge with a comfy sofa and a smart TV (and a former guest who forgot to sign out of their Amazon Prime account 💯) 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet. The shower is an experience in and of itself. Overall a very nice apartment.

We experienced an issue with the window shutters which we had to find a make skirt solution to.

The location. Very Clean Apratment

The Air conditioning is only in the living room and was not working properly. Ceiling fans in the bedroom just about ok for our Early Auguest staty. The hotwater tank is around 50 litre, which is not sufficient for 5 adults to take a shower in the morning. Parking is off-street, which is almost impossible to find a parking space in the nearby streets.
