Highly recommended this lovely apartment which is in an ideal location.

This is a lovely little apartment, which has everything you will need for a short stay. The location was perfect for us. A short walk to both Marjan park and the old town. Exceptional breakfast at a local restaurant. The owners were particularly helpful in every way.

Incredible stay in Split

Tastefully decorated room, amazing location, kind and welcoming host, espresso, strong AC, hot shower, smelled nice (not moldy), even greeted us with light refreshments, well lit, parking in front of the building and host was there to lead us to the spot so we didn't have to struggle to find the spot

Minutes from everything Split.

Everything was clean and very well appointed. Comfortable beds and amazing location. I didn’t matter that it was a basement apartment. We spent our days exploring the city and when we were in the apartment it was well lit. Milo is the best highlight of our stay. He met us when we arrived to give us a summary of everything pertaining to the apartment and the area. He had refreshments in the fridge for us, checked in daily with us, gave us recommendations, and sent us off with a great breakfast. He truly has been the best host ever! The apartment has everything you could need. The location is prime. It is a bit of a stair climb up form the old town but nothing strenuous. I would recommend this stay a thousand times over. ¡Gracias Milo!

Great stay in Split

Very good location, very friendly and helpful host. It is not too hot even in the summer months and we barely even used the provided climate control. It is extremely well equipped - - you get everything you need and more here. We were being very well taken care of.

The apartment is on the smaller side and is in the basement so no views from the apartment but you get everything you need in here and more.

Cozy apartment in a very nice area just foodsteps from Marjan Park. Easy and short walk to all sights of Split. Restaurants, supermarket and everything you need in short walking distance. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Very friendly and helpful host who offered pick-up from airport, answered all my questions and gave great insights and recommendations. Will definetely book again. Hvala Miro!!! 😊

This apartment was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including air-conditioning and laundry machine. Private parking was a big bonus in a busy city. Location was perfect, short walk into the city and beach. Lots of beautiful restaurants all within a short walking distance. The host Milo was exceptionally friendly, helpful and responsive. He also gave us a lot of interesting information and valuable recommendations which really helped us to have an enjoyable experience.

Highly recommend!

The location is excellent, a short walk down the steps to the city centre and old town and in the other direction, 2 mins away from a national park and amazing views! Great value for money considering location and compared to hotels. Milo, our host, was incredibly helpful and friendly, giving us lots of useful info about places to visit and where to save money on food. The room had everything we needed and was spotless. We would definitely recommend it to anyone and will happily stay again if we're ever in Split!

The host Milo was exceptional! He drove us to and from the airport, had food and snacks ready for us upon arrival to the apartment, and was a source of boundless information pertaining to the city. Milo was available to not only answer questions about everything Split, he also helped us book excursions, and connected us with the best deals. Hail, hail to you Milo, you made us feel special, like family! Oh, the apartment was excellent as well.

Perfect location, 10 mins away from the city centre and super close to the park. Milo was lovely, full of helpful tips and even brought us homemade apple strudel :) We had a lovely stay and would recommend the apartment to anyone. Thanks again!

Is exactly as the apartment name implies...

Excellent accommodation, quiet, clean and everything you could need provided. Lovely hosts who provided the most wonderful apple cake and homemade ice cream as a gift the day before we left. Great base for exploring Split with a nearby path and steps that take you directly down to the Riva within 10 minutes. You do need a good level of fitness to make it back up the steps, however, my husband managed easily with his knee replacement and severe arthritis.

Perfect location with excellent service!

Its a 5 min walk down town with excellent views on the way. The apartment is well equipped and if there is anything you need the host will supply it. He is actively giving good service if you need assistance or advice for any activities. Also the location has a great park next door and it’s quite. The place has a dedicated parking spot next the the apartment.

Incredible view, stylish charm with amazing hosts!

I loved Calm and Relax!!! It exceeds all expectations! Roomier and much better looking than the photos reflect, very spacious and well equipped, perfectly located within walking distance to the Riva and Diocletian’s Palace, also steps away from the entrance to Marjan Park, for hiking, climbing, tennis, swimming! The cherry on top was the stunning view of the old town and the islands! Free private parking in front of the apartment made this the perfect place for my family with stroller in tow! My husband was able to work remotely as well. Highly recommended to those looking to cover all the bases. The hosts were warm, friendly and knowledgeable, the apartment was very clean and well sanitized!

Calm and relaxing place for couples, families and digital nomads. Best location in the city!

The apartment is located in the best place in Split: Close to the Marjan park so you can go for a run in the morning, close to the restaurant Vidilica with the breathtaking panoramic view of the city, close to the city centre- just a few minutes down the stairs. View from the balcony and the apartment is very beautiful, the neighbourhood is very quiet and calm. The apartment is very spacious and has all amenities you can think of. We've been working remotely while living there (you have 2 Wi-fi networks to your disposition, the connection speed is very good), the big table in the living room allowed us to create a comfortable workspace. Milo and Petra are amazing hosts (the best we've met in Croatia so far), who knows a lot about the city, and the region. If you want to explore local culture they are the hosts you need.

We were impressed hospitality of Milo and Petra. They were very helpful during our trip to Split. Hosts helped us to organize trips and made our days in Split unforgettable. The old town was 3 minutes on foot. The apartment was clean and excellent equipped. I would give Calm&Relax at least 20/10 rate, unfortunately the maximum is only 10... :)

Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu w Splicie, najlepszy mój pobyt do tej pory.

To szczęście mieć takiego wspaniałego, mądrego i pomocnego gospodarza Milo, który udzielił nam wszelkich możliwych wskazówek na temat obiektów do zwiedzania. Lokalizacja jest idealna, wszędzie blisko- minuta drogi i jesteś w centrum. Pokój miał wszystko czego tylko dusza zapragnie oraz bardzo czysty i schludny. Jakbym miała wybrać się jeszcze raz, to tylko i wyłącznie w ten sam apartament.

Tranquilo, y con todo lo necesario (cocina, toallas suficientes, plancha, etc.). Excelente recepción y orientación del propietario. El desayuno incluido muy nutritivo y bien preparado. El apartamento a unos pasos de la zona principal de la ciudad, además de muy próximo al parque nacional Marjan.

El apartamento Está en el sótano, por lo cual no tiene vista a la calle, sin embargo el lugar es tranquilo, seguro y aislado del ruido.
