Marasovic Residence & Deluxe Apartments

L’emplacement juste à la limite de la vieille ville alors tranquille. Bien équipé avec micro-onde, bouilloire, vaisselle, petit frigo et même batterie de cuisine pour poêle mais il boy à pas de cuisinière. Mais on pouvait faire suffisamment de petits plats sur place. Le BALCON et petite table et chaise. Le salon! La clim…! Chambre séparée!

Pas grand chose! À part, à l’extérieur du bâtiment c’est une petite ruelle d’accès et la poubelle est à côté mais il y avait toujours des déchets par terre et du liquide….su sol! Il y aurait lieu de mettre une clôture non barrée juste avant la rue, pour créer une barrière non verrouillée! Et nous aurions aimer avoir plus de comptoir et une petite table et chaises pour l’intérieur près de la fenêtre.

Communication with the owner was very easy with quick and very helpful responses. They met us upon arrival (after great communication on our drive to Split) to give us the keys and get us settled in. While there was no on site parking for our rental car, they provided excellent recommendations for nearby parking options which worked out perfectly. The apartment was beautiful in a perfect area for walking around Old Town. We loved our balcony and the experience of staying in Old Town. We would definitely stay here again!

The fan wasn't enough to keep us cool overnight as rhe A/C doesn't really reach upstairs. There was also miscommunication between the husband Davor and his wife. She said there was a washing machine but when I messaged avout using it, Davor said it wasn't for the tenants but said he would make an exception since his wife said I could, but it didn't work. I told him I would try to fix it and after looking up the manual I discovered it wasn't!

The apartment was lovely: roomy, stylish, and comfortable. We were overlooking the garden at the rear of the building, so it was quiet and peaceful. Our flight arrived much earlier than check-in, but we were able to access the apartment early, for which we were very grateful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and didn't want to leave!

It was a bit difficult to find the small side road where the apartment was located when we arrived. The pillows were quite hard (I ended up with a sore neck). There was a frying pan and saucepans for cooking, but no hob (just a microwave).
