What a gem!

Bonne coordination pour notre arrivée, messages de Frane pour assurer la visite du duplex et la remise des clés. Bon accueil, petite attention sympa, avec une bouteille de vin blanc au frais. Appartement bien agencé et propre. On peut profiter d'une terrasse et de la mise à disposition de deux VTT. Très bon emplacement au cœur du centre ville, dans un secteur calme en soirée. Belle découverte!

Au niveau des équipements, il manque le micro-onde.

Het is midden in de stad, van alle comfort voorzien (zelfs fietsen). Je stapt zo vanuit de poort de drukke winkelstraat in, maar achter de poort zit je in jouw eigen tuintje. Het ligt op loop/fietsafstand van veel mooie stranden en Split is een mooie stad. De host, Fane, is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij reageert direct wanneer je hem een berichtje stuurt

What an absolute gem of a place! It’s bijou but the owners have cleverly made the most of the space, so that the apartment doesn’t feel cramped and is very comfortable. It offers everything for a convenient and cosy stay. It was wonderful to have a small, private terrace where we could enjoy our morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening - we really appreciated the bottle of local wine and huge bowl of strawberries that the owners had provided for our arrival. The apartment is in a fabulous location - only a few minutes’ walk from the Riva and the historic heart of Split, and it has many good bars, restaurants and supermarkets(!) within striking distance. This was the perfect base for us in Split, from which we undertook several day trips to other islands and places of interest. Now that we’re home, we’re having major withdrawal symptoms and hope to visit again soon!

Nothing - it was perfect. Just be aware that the bedroom is on a mezzanine floor, accessed by a narrowish staircase - this was absolutely fine for us but something to consider if you have mobility issues or are unsteady on your feet.
