Old Town Luxury House

Perfect location and lovely accommodation!

We loved just about everything. It is a centuries-old house that has been renovated completely. The living/dining room is a bid open space with high ceilings and southern facing windows, so there is a lot of light. The windows look into a private courtyard one side of which is bordered by a small, active church, so it is insulated from the hustle bustle of the streets. The apartment is very nicely appointed and well-stocked with kitchen utensils and cookware. It is located about a 100 meters from the fish marker, 200 meters from Braće Sq., and 400 meters from Diocletian’s Place. In short, very centrally located. Finally, Branimir, the host, was extremely welcoming, meeting us at the car rental agency to assist with our luggage and pre-stocking the fridge with breakfast items.

Our stay at Old Town Luxury House was absolutely exceptional and truly one of the highlights of our time in Split. From the moment we arrived, our host went above and beyond to make everything easy and enjoyable. He personally met us to help with check-in, assisted with arranging transfers, and even helped store our luggage—his hospitality was outstanding from beginning to end. He also gave us fantastic recommendations for sightseeing, restaurants, and places to experience around Split. Having a local host who was so knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a wonderful stay made such a difference. The property itself is beautiful. It has been thoughtfully and tastefully renovated, with an upscale feel while still retaining the charm and character you hope to find in Split’s Old Town. Everything was comfortable, beautifully presented, and clearly cared for with great attention to detail.

There is music school next door playing piano most of the day, luckily- I love piano and they were playing exceptionally well.
