A good location but a tired property that could be so much better with a bit of thought

Central location, rooftop terrace, agent representative was friendly and helpful

Noisy at night, one bathroom with terrible shower (variable temperature and it flooded the floor), hotel staff smoked at bottom of stairwell, no information in apartment at all, no welcome pack or message from owner, no air con in main bedroom, rooftop shade was half broken.

Fantastic location. Guest beds were very comfortable. Access, check-in, and checkout was easy.

The AC on the second floor doesn't work. It was unbearably hot to sleep. The showers didn't work. Water was sandy or super hot. I found this to be a nice place but overpriced. Couches are not pull out beds. There is only one bathroom for so many people.

a must stay in the heart of old town split

location in the heart of old town split,amazing roof top terrace,easy check in and check out,Tony the guy who looks after this place was always in contact with us up to checking in,also arranged pick up for us from airport,Natalie the lovely lady picked us up,was very informative about split and Croatia on our transfer to and from the airport,all rooms were very clean with everything we needed,10/10 this is a must stay in the heart of old town split

Exceptional

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment in Split. The location was excellent and the rooftop terrace was a great feature of the property. Dijana was helpful and welcoming upon arrival.

Very Enjoyable

The property is right in the heart of Old Town … a fabulous location for touring the city & for access to restaurants etc Apartment is well equipped and has a fabulous roof terrace.

The property only accepted cash payment which for 4 days was quite a lot of cash … whilst we had noted they didn’t accept credit cards we hadn’t realised they didn’t take debit cards … this note needs to be added to the booking form … Dijana & Andy helpfully worked through this with us & we eventually did an international transfer At night the apartment is noisy as nightclubbers make their way home through the square.

Excellent emplacement mais expérience décevante à cause de pratiques malhonnêtes

Le rooftop et l’emplacement

Description mensongère : pas de spa, pas de lave vaisselle, très peu de couverts, le micro ondes qui ne fonctionne pas, beaucoup de spots lumineux qui ne fonctionnent pas non plus (certains ont été réparés mais devaient être éteints au fusible, ce qui éteignait le frigo. Nous nous en sommes rendu compte en fin de séjour…) Photos qui datent, le logement n’est pas en aussi bon état. Les canapés ne font pas lit. Il y a 4 lits + 2 d’appoint. Pas de produits de toilettes gratuits. Frigo et congélateur qui ferment mal. Propreté : la cuisine était sale à la vue et au toucher (poussière + gras). Le linge de toilette était taché tout comme les draps et les couvertures. Pas de torchon de cuisine. Odeur de cigarettes dans toute la cage d’escalier (personnes qui fument au rez de chaussée, devant l’entrée de l’immeuble.) A savoir, il faut payer en liquide. Le parking est un parking public, à 10-15min à pieds du logement. À la fin de notre séjour, après notre départ, la réservation a été annulée, comme si nous n’étions jamais venues ! Ces pratiques sont malhonnêtes et ne répondent pas à la sécurité d’un logement ni aux critères habituellement en vigueur via Booking.com. Nous sommes déçues de cette expérience.

Appartement met potentie

Locatie hartje centrum met mooi uitzicht. Ruim appartement en als het weer beter was geweest hadden we meer op het dakterras van het zonnetje kunnen genieten. Eigenaar goed bereikbaar en volgens afspraak aanwezig. Een persoonsbedden sliepen goed. En tegen de verwachting in was er toch prima WiFi aanwezig.

Staat van appartement viel tegen en omschrijving klopt niet volledig. Veel achterstallig onderhoud in de vorm van kapotte verlichting, slechtsluitende kasten en koelkast en defecte zonwering op dakterras. Ook oogde het rommelig door spullen. Het schoonmaken kon beter en het is ons nog een raadsel hoe we op 3 hoog een miereninvasie konden hebben. We misten een aantal basiszaken (zoals afwasspullen want er was toch geen vaatwasser) en het tweepersoonsbed was hard en kort. Maar het meest vervelende vonden wij de rokers in het toegangsportaal. In de hele trappenhuis stonk het hierdoor naar de rook. Als we dit vooraf hadden geweten hadden we toch voor een andere locatie gekozen.
