Everything. It was new, clean, and one of the best places I’ve stayed in. The view was amazing the water was hot and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
Only bad thing is I couldn’t stay longer.

The property was beautifully decorated and had some wonderful views of the sea. I will miss watching the sunrise and the sunset each day on the balcony! There as a nearby shop which was so handy to get some basic supplies in. The apartment was spacious and clean, a place I would highly recommend to anyone else travelling to split. I couldn’t have asked for anything more from the apartment itself

We are a family of five (three young children) and absolutely loved our stay here. Don’t be fooled by old reviews about construction in the area - we traveled in Sept 2025 and it is all complete and the results are amazing. The apartment is directly across the street from the newly developed promenade which was a paradise for the kids with a splash pad, football pitches, multiple playgrounds, tennis, restaurants and of course the beach (with an inflatable playground/obstacle course in the water). There was also a grocery store in the same building as the apartment and Ubers to Old Town, Split took 10 min. We can’t wait to come back!

Hervorragende Lage direkt am neu angelegten Strand, sehr schöne, komplett neu eigerichtete Wohnung in älterem Gebäude mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter, hilfreiche Tips zu Restaurantbesuchen, Handtuchwechsel nach der Hälfte des Aufenthalts.
Geräuschentwicklung durch Leitungswasser und Abwasser der weiteren Wohnungen im Gebäude.
