Not what was advertised!

It has to be pretty bad for me to give it the lowest rating! Nothing!

Not the room I booked, it was to be 2 beds, had one bed. Was to have air conditioning, had it but didn’t work. She didn’t want the windows and doors open but had to get air some how. She came home and gave us a fan,couldn’t sleep without it. Was to be ensuite but the bathroom was down the hall. Shower without a curtain. The shower had mold. No hand soap. The whole bathroom was a mess. No mirrors in the bedroom. She called me twice and sent me 4 emails wanting to know when I was going to arrive. I had no idea and told her that just had to give a guesstimate. This picture shows a kitchen ,there was none. And the washing machine was loaded with laundry. And the TV didn’t work!A very sad place.

Not worth it

We booked it last minute and we’re able to check in easily

Air conditioning didn’t work, we got put into a different room then was advertised. The host came into our room in the morning which was highly inappropriate as we were nude. The host took our passport as security of payment as we didn’t have enough cash on us to pay the full amount.

Terrible

It was a room for the night.

When we arrived host was sat outside yelling at somebody down the phone, then showed us to our room and the first thing she said was "you give me a good review". To which we laughed off. I paid for the room in cash as she had requested, and I was due 28 Kuna in change. She didn't have the change then and there so I said don't worry we will sort it out later only to be told that she would keep the change as we had been given a good room and usually it cost far more...long story short we never saw any change. It's also worth noting that the room is extremely hot and stuffy and hidden in the small print there is a fee of €10 PER DAY/NIGHT for using the air conditioning!! Note - the air conditioning is so loud you cannot sleep with it on anyway. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, the 2 towels provided were bath mats and the bed sheet provided was 1 single bed sheet. I'm not usually one to complain but this was seriously poor for what we paid to stay here. Wouldn't recommend.

Passable

The room,sanitary and corridor were clean. The owner which give us the keys was a litlle arrogante and agresive but seems honest and good. Post festum: after we went away and giving the assessment of accommodation 5-6, the owner call me in very agresive way. She told me that I am a bad person. The assessment 5-6 was justify from my opinion.

1. the air conditioner was in bad working condition (approximately 10% of working capabilities) 2. in the room and bathroom was no dust bin 3. on the balcony was full of different equipments and clothes 4. the parking place was beetwen two trees near street with very bad access from the street (high kerb, low distance beetwen that two trees) 5. I think that the accomododation is not an apartment but only a room and the toalet place on the common corridor beetwen more rooms (the toalet was only for us).

Basic room, fine for one or two nights

comfortable bed, free parking, no noise at night, within walking distance to the beach.

The room is very basic and the bathroom was shared with other people staying in the same building, so it’s not a private bathroom. Bath towels very old and bathroom quite moldy. You need to pay cash with the owner, make sure you have it ready when you arrive.

For that price not worth it

The host was not very rude and the place does not even have a kitchen as I wanted a glass of water and the host was like coffee shop 400 meteres. She was like no have glass no have, her hygiene was appalling I mean we could smell her from a distance of 2 meters. She had sat down on one of the chairs in the room quiet frankly we moved that chair outside in tha balcony.

I booked by mistake while I wanted only to reserve for a while. eventhough I contacted the accomodation within 3 minutes with cancellation request, I was rejected. that was 1month prior to the stay, booking very popular August time slot - I believe they could have shown more umderstanding as they would sell the accomodation for sure. after arrival we were told the accomodation was overbooked (!) and given appartments near. smelling rooms, old, swinging toilette, 0,5m2 shower, broken A/C as well as fan, no dishes, broken plugs, no chandeliers, just bulbs.

The host was very accommodating to a late check in followed by a subsequent late check out. Very friendly.

A coffee pot and microwave would make this room even better but it's not a deal breaker as there are cafés nearby.

Would recommend

The host was very friendly and explained everything we needed to know very well despite the language barrier, we also liked the location as it was only a few minutes from the sea and also very cheap, it was clean, it was new, and the bed was very comfortable.

The only thing we could say is the toilet pump was quite loud and abit annoying but we are knit picking to say this.

Nice room, unfriendly staff

Nice and clean room

We overslept(+1 hour) before checking out, we apologize for this! She got very angry and started yelling at us. This is not the way you treat customers, even though we were wrong. Afterwards we received false accusations via booking.com that we had left a bad review(anonymously) and a dirty bathroom(not true). We have not done this. She's a mean person.
