Comfortable Apartment

It is a large, absolutely spotless apartment with air conditioning (which we didn’t need as we stayed in October) in a very good quiet location but very handy to the Riva and old town. Furnishings were lovely and beds were really comfortable. Very well equipped with everything we needed (washing liquid, washing powder, lots of toilet rolls and towels). Communication with the owner was excellent. Good value for money.

The outside doesn’t reflect the modern interior of the property. The rooftop balcony had tired furniture and we used the balcony off the kitchen instead. Views were of surrounding apartment blocks with the sea in the distance. A neighbours extractor fan was quite loud for an hour early every morning.

We were four seniors travelling from Canada and found Ivica’s apartment to be perfect for our needs. The location, just outside of Old Town, put us within walking distance to everything including countless restaurants, several grocery stores, the Riva and the ferry port. The apartment is on the top floor of a six story building (with an elevator!) which offered a great little terrace with views of the city, port and the mountains. It was clean, quiet and well equipped. Ivica was a great host and check in was very easy with her provided instructions. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Hvala Ivica, for making our visit to Split perfect!

We were really comfortable in the apartment, all the facilities were ok. We even had one cleaning service due to the long stay, which made an extra comfort.
