Goran is a friendly, helpful and responsive host. The apartment has everything you could need and many more thoughtful touches. Easy 10 minute walk to the Riva and Palace and to the Marjan Forest. Lidl supermarket a block away. Parking is free on the street but not reserved so first in first served.
This is a comment only - the internal of the apartment rates 10/10. The exterior of the building however is unattractive with a lot of graffiti. First impressions are therefore deceiving. The area doesn't look it but is safe and family friendly with lots of children playing outside and schools nearby. Also note the apartment is on the 4th floor (91 steps up!)

Superb luxury apartment in a old 4 story building. The apartment has been completely renovated, is nicely decorated and super well equipped with everything you need - and beyond. Our stay was very comfortable and very relaxing, as everything inside was perfect. The area around is a quiet, green area, with many families, close enough to Split Diocletian palace & the old city (10-15mns walk) , but not in the touristic noisy area. Note that you can find free car parking in the area.
Our stay was truly perfect, no doubt we will come back to Goran's place when we travel again to Split. Many thanks to Goran !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’appartement spinut, qui est très bien équipé et très agréable. L’appartement est très bien situé, à 10 min à pieds du centre de Split. Parfait !
