It doesn't have to be new, but it has to be clean

Location is great! Apartment is average, like it is on the pictures.

The apartment was unfortunately not cleaned before our arrival. There were cobwebs, dust, someone else’s hair, and even dust flakes coming out of the air conditioning. The dish sponge was dirty and full of hair, and the bathroom looked like it was only lightly wiped. Very disappointing first impression. We've cleaned it on our own.

Short stay in Split

The apartment is very nice, super clean and close to supermarket. The host is very kind and convenient.

it’s not very close to the old town (for me). we were 4 so my sister and I slept on the sofa, I don’t recommand to do it for a long stay

Fairly close to the city centre (10 minutes and you are already in the busy streets of city centre). Host was always ready to help whenever needed

Terrific Apartment, Convenient Location

Very new and modern apartment in a great location, about 15min walk to the Old Town and right above Lidl Market

Everything was great although maybe some more instructions on not to turn off the hot water switch by accident might be helpful! Also a little difficult for the taxi to find at first because it’s actually on a walkway between 2 streets right above the Lidl

Good location, comfortable apartment, wonderful owners.

In general, everything was fine, but anything uncomfortable: at the shower I really needed a shelf, where to put shampoo, at the kitchen knives have not been sharpened for a long time.

Quieteness and relatively short distance to centre.

Not always hot water. The site states that it is enough for 4 people, however the apartment is just a little too small (the couch is not sufficient for 2 people).

Perfect stay!

Communication with owner/host was perfect from the moment I made reservation. We where welcomed by the property owner, and where provided with usuful info. Location is perfect- market store on the ground floor of the building. Very comfortable bed. Would stay here again.

Zentral gelegenes Apartment

Sehr gut eingerichtetes Apartment in sehr guter Lage zum Zentrum. Ausstattung der Küche sehr gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man gleich in der Nähe.

Küche war nicht gut gereinigt und auch die Silikonfugen der Dusche sollten ausgebessert werden, dann wäre es ein sehr gutes Apartment.

Appartamento in un ottima posizione, 10 minuti a piedi direttamente al porto di Spalato... abbiamo parcheggiato la macchina e abbiamo girato molto a piedi... anche vicino al parco Marjan, pulito con vari supermercati a disposizione
