Will advice friends and family members to stay there.

We stayed in Cvit Jadrana for seven days. Exceptionally good apartment and location, with free parking which is a rear in Split. Easy walking (15 min) to Diocletian Palace, restaurants, ferry. The owner was helping us with everything - questions were quickly answered, advices were given about possible and better trips to near islands and towns. Definitely will stay there again in the future.

Everything was perfect for us at Cvit Jadrana. The apartment is pristine. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the bustle of the town, and a short walk from Marjan. Duska and Robert (hosts) are so friendly and helpful. Recommend without hesitation.

Nice parking slot next to the elevator. Like 10min walking to the old town.

To get to garage, first you need to find a space on the street, go to the apartment to get keys and then you can go to the garage. We had no problem with that, we received detailed video on Whatsup with instructions, all went very well, but maybe its something you should be aware of.

Highly recommend this confortable flat for a family of four.

The apartment is very comfortable and nicely decorated. It is very well equipped and has everything you may wish for. There is a private secured garage and the flat is centrally located within 12 mn walk from the historical centre of Split. our host, Duška was extremely friendly and attentive to making sure we had a great stay.

Everything you could reasonably need and more. Private underground garage with designated garage in the garage... Considering parking in this city, that blows my mind. The place is well stocked and you could entertain from here with all it has. The host was great and very friendly. The new high bar for us on future trips. Would recommend to everyone with no doubts. A true 10.

The apartment is near center, max 10 minutes walk. In the same complex there are grocery stores, bakery, drugstore, pharmacy... The apartment is clean, nicely decorated and has all equipment you'll need. It has an elevator and a garage, so there is no worry for your car. The host is very kind.

Perfect location and super spacious, ultra-clean apartment

We loved everything! Duska was super nice and friendly and very helpful with everything we asked for, though there was not much to ask for since the apartment was super well equipped. The location cannot be beaten - literally minutes away (on foot) from and to the old town and yet in a quiet neighborhood with a supermarket, bakery etc. in the very same building! The garage was a big plus too. We will most definitely be back - the sooner the better!

Great gem near city center

Well equipped apartment, all what we needed was inside. Kitchen with all appliances, cutlery and plates. Wall heater inside room and in living room together with AC, great for winter time. Parking inside garage easy accessible and turbo valuable during rain. Elevator straight from garage to apartment. Bathroom clean and fitted with small shower gel. Apartment cleaned and desinfected when arrived, hand sanitizer and desifectant available. Check-in/check-out smoothly done. Our first option when return in Split. Only negative thing is our short stay.

One word: perfect

The apartment was perfectly equipped, very clean and has a great location. Everything you need you will find in this apartment and the city of Split is only a 10 minutes walk away. The apartment really felt like home. An extra plus is that you can park you car in a private garage box. The next time we visit split we will definitely stay here again. Thanks to the very friendly owners.

Einfach nur fantastisch

Der Vermieter Robert war sehr zuvorkommend und super freundlich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, 5 - 7 Minuten zu Fuß bis ins Zentrum der Stadt Split, bis zur Promenade 15 Minuten Fußweg. Und eine abschließbare Garage gehört zur Wohnung. Die Wohnung hat Vollausstattung in der Küchenzeile. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermärkte, Bäcker, ...) direkt vor der Haustür. Einer der guten Strände in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar, kostenlose Parkplätze. Besser geht nicht.

Tolle saubere Unterkunft nahe der schönen Altstadt von Split

Einfach alles hat uns gefallen! Es war ein wirklich tolles Apartment mit einer großartigen Lage. Besonders hervorzuheben war die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung. Es gab nichts, was es nicht gab. Druška war stets erreichbar und wir durften unser Gepäck am Abreisetag sogar in ihrer privaten Garage Zwischenlagern, weil unsere Fähre so spät abfuhr. Split ist eine wunderschöne Stadt! Wenn man dann noch so eine Unterkunft hat, dann ist das eine 10/10! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Vielen Dank an Druška und Robert!

Unser erster Aufenthalt in Split war hervorragend.

Die Unterkunft war sehr komfortabel und sauber und der Gastgeber war jeweils per WhatsApp sehr gut erreichbar. Man konnte zu Fuss in die schöne Altstadt und auch zum Fussballstadion laufen.

L'appartement est confortable et bien équipé, à 15mn à pied du centre historique de Split. Le garage est un luxe aussi proche du centre car au mois d'août trouver une place de parking est horrible. W apartamencie masz wszystko od klimatyzacji, eksores do kawy na kapsułki z zaiasem, kawiarkę bialetti, zapas kawy, czajnik, kuchnia wyposażona kompleksowo w zmywarkę, piekarnik, płytę grzewczo-indukcyjną, toster, sprzęt do koktajli po pralkę. Windą zjeżdzasz z apartamentu prosto do zamykanego podziemnego garażu. Wychodzisz i masz kompleks sklepików Bipa, Lidl, spożywczak, kawiarnię. Duška bez probkemu przywitała nas wcześniej niż w ofercie i wszystko pokazała. Opowiedziała, co warto zobaczyć i dała mapkę z zaznaczonymi punktami.

Ivan nos recibió para entregarnos las llaves e informarnos sobre todo lo relacionado con su propiedad. No proveyó de pan, mermeladas, manteca, aceite de oliva, cerveza, snacks, golosinas, chocolates, etc. La limpieza de todo de apartamento y la pulcritud de la ropa de cama y tohallas es excepcional. La ubicación combina tranquilidad, vistas privilegiadas de la ciudad y cercanía al Old Town. La amabilidad y disposición de servicio de Ivan es poco común.

Hechamos de menos una cafetera de cápsulas. La falta de un horno de microondas complicó hacer nuestras comidas.

Sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Wir konnten 2h vor der planmäßigen Ankunft die Wohnung beziehen. Die neue, sehr saubere und sehr zentrale Wohnung ist optimal aufgeteilt. Deckenventilator im Schaftzimmer – sehr angenehm, großer Kleiderschrank mit sehr viel Staufläche im Schlafzimmer, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen und Safe !! . Klimaanlage im Wohn- und Essbereich. Große Kühl-Gefrierkombination in der offenen Küche, digitaler Herd mit Cerankochfeld- Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.- Das Auto steht sehr sicher in einer abschließbaren TG- Einzelbox (nicht selbstverständlich für Split – ein mega Vorteil). Mit dem Aufzug geht es direkt von der Tiefgarage in die Wohnungsetage – kein lästiges Schleppen und Treppensteigen mit Gepäck. Fußläufig alles erreichbar – zahlreiche Supermärkte, Kaffee’s und Restaurants in der Nähe bis an die Uferpromenade und Hafen ca. 10m zu Fuß. Leider war unser Aufenthalt viel zu kurz aber wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder 😊. Herzlichen Dank für tolle Gastfreundschaft. Liebe Grüße Claudia und Dirk.
