lovely quirky apartment in a fantastic location

location, the personal feel of the apartment (looks like someone’s home), facilities in the flat eg washing machine and provision of toiletries, washing powder etc.

wi-fi was a bit unreliable, shower in 2+1 apartment was slightly spluttery, but these are minor.

Compact, well appointed with good location and views

Well located within walking distance to the Palace and close to the beach. Had great views to the harbour and the sunset from room and compact balcony.

A bit too small for a couple to spread out. V small kitchenette and small area for lounge chair. But most time in Split will be spent outside anyway.

Good for a few days in Split

Nice and spacious apartment located near the bus station and the port (5mn), and near the city center and the beach (10min and less). The washing machine and the balcony are very convenient to wash clothes and hang-dry them. Spacious bedroom with a big and comfy bed. The hosts are easily joignable if needed which is nice. The photos are faithful to reality.

We’ve had a few issues with the toilets, they didn’t work, which was very annoying during our stay. The shower temperature is a little hard to adjust but not a big deal. More trash bins would have been appreciated since there is only a small one in the kitchen, that was quickly filled. There is no climatisation in the bedroom, only one in the living room so it can sometimes get a little too hot at night if you close the bedroom door.

Die Lage oberhalb des Hafens. DM und Tommy in der Nähe. 5 Munuten zu Fuss zum Zentrum. Aber im 5.Stock! Nur etwas problematisch mit Gepäck.

Gospodja tj. Vlasnica stana koja izdaje nazovimo Apartman zapravo i nije Apartman vec soba u kojoj nemate sopstveno kupatilo vec prolazite pored njene sobe da bi koristili WC. Postoji nekakva nazovi kupaona u sobi i tjt. Vlasnica kada Bukirate ''apartman'' daje adresu Biankinijeva 6 a onda pri dolasku vam na gmail šalje drugu adresu Bregovita 3 u kome navodi da se tu nalazi stan. Kada udjete postavlja vam uvjete da klimu ne smijete spustati ispod 25 stupnja uz obrazlozenje da ce se pokvariti. Higijena sobe jedna VELIKA 0 prašine kao da godinama u tom ćumezu nije niko boravio za sta imam i adekvatne video snimke i slike i apsolutno sve dokaze. Kada je pozovete da razgovarate sa njom jer ste iznajmili Apartman a ne sobičak bez sopstvenog kupatila i da nemate privatnost jer je ona pored u sobi a slike koje kači na netu su iz njenog stana koji je odmah vrata pored sobe (jer je od stana svog napravila apartmane i pljačka narod po cijeni od 110 €ura za noc koliko je meni uzela) gospodja govori na sve to pa vi mozete izaci ako vam se ne dopada i kaze da tu ne živi ona već će doći neki gosti što je OGROMNA LAŽ I MANIPULACIJA GOSTIMA. Ja sam platio preko Bookinga dvije noći a ostao samo jednu jer je nemoguce spavati od prašine i nemate privatnost svoju jer gospodja se šeta hodnikom prilazi k' vratima itd. U sobi su svi ormari za odlaganje stvari zakljucani za koje imam i tu dokaze sve snimljeno i dokumentovano tako da PAZITE SE JER JE OVA GOSPODJA MENI OGADILA PRELJEPI GRAD SPLIT SVOJOM MANIPULACIJOM! SRAMOTA!!!! ČIST MANIPULATOR I PREVARAND OD ŽENE!!!

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und bei Problemen sofort zur Stelle. Der Ausblick auf den Hafen ist traumhaft. Man kann stundenlang dort sitzen und alles beobachten. Strand und Altstadt sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Gastronomie,Supermarkt, Bäckerei und eine Bar sind direkt um die Ecke. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und man schaut direkt aufs Wasser. Ich habe herrlich geschlafen. Die Vermieter wohnen direkt nebenan.

Das WC befindet sich im Flur. Was aber nicht schlimm ist.

Excelente ubicación, atención excepcional de Lada, quien fue súper atenta y dispuesta a ayudar. En la habitación había café y agua caliente, toallas, shampoo y acondicionador. La vista es increíble y las comodidades perfectas. ¡Recomendado!
