SPLIT CHIC Studio

Super clean studio at 7-10 mins walk of the old town. Studio had all the facilities - AC, comfortable bed, Kichennet, Fridge, washing machine, neat clean washsroom and a desk.

Excellent location only 5 min walk from the Promenade and ferry terminal and 10min from the centre of the old town. Room had everything you would need for a comfortable stay, comfy bed, well equipped kitchen and bathroom but the cleanliness in the kitchen could have been better with dust on the microwave and some dirt in the cutlery holder and fridge. The host was very quick to reply to communications and was very helpful in allowing us to leave our luggage with a local shop for free as we couldn't leave them in the apartment as it was booked out.

Reasonable price for only a short walk into the old town. Clean and comfortable.

Very small shower and kitchen, and a fair few stairs with a heavy suitcase.

Firstly the property we stayed at was not the same one as advertised. The host messaged on WhatsApp to say she had a different property and free of charge. We were fine with this. The new property was clean and only a couple streets away from the beach so a good location.

Firstly we had wanted to stay more into the central city reason for booking the original location - however as the host messaged a day before we were meant to arrive we did not have many other options. The host came by an hour earlier then check out time and we felt very uncomfortable as the check out time was 11am, she came at around 10am and opened the door. We firstly were scared because we thought it might be an intruder and then she awkwardly said she wait for a little bit for us. This isn’t professional at all and if the check out time is set why go before? We felt that it was a breach of our privacy and if we were in a compromising position it would not have been good but luckily we were on our way out. Overall the room was clean so that was good and there was a washing machine so we could use that but other then that it wasn’t great.
