It is at very prime location. Near to city center and beach. All ferry ports are few mints walking distance so convenient
No elevator , Need to climb 2 floors every time , for elder person its difficult

Spacious Apartment
Road noise could be head in the apartment even though the night. Very thick pillows, not comfortable for sleeping.
