Host was very attentive. Appartment seems to have been renovated recently and has good windows which makes it very comfortable and silent. The double room has a very large bed which fitted a couple and a toddler without issues. The three single beds are comfortable and the sofabed could fit a couple easily. The bathroom is clean and newish and all appliances work as expected and are easy to use, including the heater/ac.
The location is just amazing! You have a wonderful seaview from the balcony. In a radius of 10 minutes there's an awesome beach, a few supermarkets, boat tours departures, restaurants, pharmacy...everything you'll need. I didn't have a car tho so not sure how it'd be for parking.
I only noticed it had only one bathroom reading the comments, wish it was advertised in the description and it was the only reason I gave 9 instead of 10.

Location is great! Large and spacious unit
There is no AC in the master bedroom making it very hot and uncomfortable during summer months. You could sleep with the door open to the bedroom in order to get some cooler air but we had our teenager sleeping on the pull out sofa. The sofa is so noisy that every time he would turn, I would wake up. We requested a fan from the host, which he provided, but it was not in great working order and made a knocking noise that prevented us from using it at night. I’m normally not sensitive to noise but both my husband and myself could not get a normal night’s sleep

"It is quiet and close to down town (5mins walk). The whole apartment is nice, owner replies questions promptly. We had someone got sudden illness and the cleaning lady provided a full care help."
