Our host was very welcoming and informative and met us at the property. The neighbourhood was safe and easy to access Riva, supermarket and restaurants. Very comfortable bed and pillows, we slept well! We enjoyed eating in the lovely private terrace. The closest supermarket was well stocked with fresh local produce, and we received friendly service. We used the washing machine and drying rack. An easy walk to the beach for a quick dip.

The property was modern, clean and it had the best location! We took this trip for my husband’s 60th birthday and the host had a bottle of Prosecco and strawberries in the fridge to help us celebrate - that was a lovely and considerate gesture, which I really appreciated. I also liked the fact that the host provided free coffee and tea - that was not very clear on the Booking.com description, as it only mentions there is coffee/tea making facility, so that was a pleasant surprise 😁
My only comment is that I wished there was more than one armchair, but there was nothing I didn’t like about the property!

Most important point : this apartment is perfectly located only a few steps from the city center, the ferry, the train station, the bus station, and the beach. And there is free parking around (though not everywhere) and it is nevertheless a calm area - difficult to find something better. The hosts are very nice and convenient, and the apartment is fully equipped and very clean. It fully corresponds to the pictures.
If there is a (small) negative point: the washing machine is right next to the entrance of the ground floor apartment, and also accessible to the people in the upper apartment. This can be noisy if your neighbors decide to run the machine in the night (which unfortunately happened to us).

Perfect location, city centre and beach is a 10 minute walk.
The apartment had a beautiful mural. Beds are fine. Bathroom needs a deep clean and a fix.
