Apartment Feratjer

Muy cómodo el alojamiento para 4 personas, la zona muy buena ubicada a pocas cuadras del casco histórico. Volvería sin ninguna duda.

We loved how close to was to the main old town. The hosts were friendly and offered to help with luggage and getting keys etc. Apt was well equipped with everything we needed and even more than expected

The shower was slow to drain at times and one room didn’t have air con. However, they did provide a fan.

Very central location. Lots of homely touches that made you convertible including towels to use at the beach. Very nicely decorated.

Smokey smell in the communal corridor and entrance to building.

The apartment itself was good - this is the only reason I rated it 5 instead of 1. It is spacious and in a good location, and has more or less anything you may need.

When we arrived at the apartment, we noticed that the second bedroom was locked. When we asked about it, we got told that we are 2 people and they have prepared two beds for us (1 room - twin bed). Which was a surprise, as we booked an apartment with 2 separate bedrooms. We were told that the second bedroom is for families???. We have insisted on having a second bedroom available, as this is what we booked, and the owner, I presume, said that we should have informed her about it. I am still confused. What should I inform her about - about wanting the apartment and facilities I have booked? Overall, we did get the second room prepared, but after back and forth requesting it to be available. I found the interaction to be unprofessional and rude. Overall, if the owner had apologised straight away and fixed it, the review would have been different, as I should not have had to spend time requesting to have something that I had booked and paid for. I did not pay for half an apartment; I paid for the whole apartment, and that is what I should receive.
