Excellent location just two minute walk to the historic part of the city and the waterfront. Very clean and cosy. It’s a small room but it works fine and it’s comfortable.
On the booking site it says it has free parking. There is no parking. If you can find a street park in the street nearby then it’s free. We travelled in Winter so we did get a free spot but if it’s important to you to have a car park keep this in mind.

Once we found it the accommodation location was fine.
Beware there are two Stone Houses in Split and our map app couldn’t find this place and sent us to the incorrect one. So we were lost for quite some time until a friendly, kind local helped us out. Parking is not really available either - Split is very busy, so be prepared to pay. We ended up paying 20 euros per day! To note it took a while to get hold of Goran, but to acknowledge it was much later than we had planned because of parking and being directed to the wrong place by our map app. We also found a dead cockroach in the apartment on our first morning, and saw a few on our second night. On our third and final day, other guests were spread out at the garden table working, leaving no space for any other guests. The limited supply of tea had run out anyway, so we were keen to move on anyway.
