Perfect for a single person willing to save money.

I liked its location next to the old town of Split and its small kitchenette.

Great location, all you need for your stay.

Location is just outside of the old town allowing you to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city area but escape from the crowds out of the way when you want some peace. Another plus - there is a Restaurant directly across from the apartment was very good and value for money was fantastic.

Beds could be comfier, but otherwise perfect.

Fabulous stay in Split, the apartment was 10 minute walk of the Riva (Promenade)-Weather 30deg+

The studio apartment was very clean and welcoming, it was late when we arrived but was met by Leo the host. tea facilities provided, the beds where comfy, bathroom was good there was a mat provided but would recommend 2 (one in shower, one for bathroom floor) due to floor being slippy when wet (possible condensation or underfloor leak). Kitchen was amply supplied with crockery, small frypans? but no pan for cooking in (boil eggs)......... Suggestions which may be helpful: Toaster, Corkscrew, Scissors, Shelf for toiletries over bathroom sink.........

Hop on-Hop off Bus (Red Line) was very expensive, not informative just a drive round the outskirts of the City. Becuse it was late on arrival we decided on Taxi from Airport ,,,,there where two price boards - the one outside the airport said 35 euros once we got to the rank the sign was same with prices crossed out and changed to 70 euros.........just be aware !!!! We obviously returned to Airport by Shuttle Bus.

The apartment is good…It was small but good for a couple traveller…It is near the Old town…Just a 5 minute walk or so…There’s a lot of groceries stores nearby so no problem for stocking foods…The neighborhood is also quite at night…It was very convenient for everything…😃🤩

Maybe just the wifi…On the 3rd day of our stay the wifi didn’t work but it was fix immediately but then it didn’t work again and the signal got lost…

Great Location

I absolutely loved the properties location was very close to the Diocletian Palace and very close to the market and other Split attractions

I am very confused with this property, when originally booking this property the pictures looked really nice and i was optimistic. However upon arriving i was greeted with a different property, different layout and i’m not sure why this was the case? The property was also not cleaned to my satisfaction on arrival the floors were sticky and had marks on, there was a crack in one of the walls and lamps, paintwork missing on the doorframe and the AC would not turn off during our stay which made it uncomfortable to sleep at night. The exterior door to the property also was difficult to lock which was frustrating everytime we wanted to leave the property. For the price that i paid for one week i will not be returning here because these are simple issues that do not require much work to fix at all but made the stay quite distressing and upsetting.

A great option, exactly what you need and perfect for our 5 day stay. Didn't want for anything. Host was a lovely guy, location was superb (2mins around corner from Palace). Great restaurant just across the quaint narrow street. Air con perfect, WiFi and really comfy bed, a bedsit style, small but clean and practical apartment,could definitely recommend.

Everything was so great! Leo is a great host and the location truly could not be better. The kitchen is well-stocked and the apartment even came with cushions to lay on for the rocky beaches! Everything was clean and it has a lovely little patio to sit out on in the morning. Highly recommend.

Good location and friendly host.

The room we got is not in the advertised pictures. Bathroom needs work, shower curtain didn’t meet the bottom of the shower so water went all over the floor, stone shelf right above the sink so hazard when brushing teeth/washing face, no toilet roll holder. The room in general was very small, if you are visiting Split as part of a bigger trip with large luggage there is no where to put your suitcases. Mattress and pillows were uncomfortable.

lovely time had by us both

The location of the property is pretty much central location just a couple of mins to center for shops palace etc. The beach is 10 mins walk as is bus train and ferry port but all is accessible to everyone. The apartment itself was as we expected had a few issues with the telly but that was resolved we are not technical people so it was patience needed on both sides and a couple of of learning what to do but we did it the host offered us 2 days free for this but we could not as work flights etc but it was good of him to offer also had a lovely bottle of red given to us from leos wife on our arrival which was lovely all in all we had a lovely stay and yes we will be back thank you for a warm and friendly welcome.

Nice apartment, close to the center.

The apartment was small, but it had everything that was needed, kitchen, appliances, good AC and wi-fi, TV, etc. It was clean and very well located, just few minutes walking from the center. We recommend it for a couple.

The only thing was that the apartment is directly located on a hidden, small, and a bit dark street. It is safe, but it gives you a small unpleasant feeling. There is no private parking. The streets surrounding the apartment are free parking. We were lucky to find a spot, if not you need to pay another public parking. The smaller the car, the better in this case
