This was a nice, small clean place. A few blocks from all the tourist attractions. It was also just a few blocks from the main bus train and ferry terminal. The beds were super comfortable and it was relatively quiet. It was nice to find coffee packets in the kitchen which helped us in the morning. I almost always take photos but I didn't which shows that this place was just a good place to crash at the end of the day. Hang out.
Well it's tough to complain about the size because we knew that going in but it sure would be nice if there was a little more room. The TV had no way to connect HBO, Netflix, Amazon or other unless you had a male to male usb-c (or crApple) to HDMI cable.

Very clean and comfortable and had every i needed for a two night stay.
The location was perfect and just a 5 minute walk to Split harbour

Great location. Easy access to historic center, ferries, busses, shops, etc. Good elevator. Quiet.
The mini-split did not respond to the remote control most of the time. The hot water was great but be very careful, it can become scalding hot.

The host was kind.
Proximity to the bus, ferry and train.
Clean.
It was super hot since the air conditioning did not work.
Light at night since one of the curtains was missing.
You can hear everything from the apartment next door.
There was cold water in the refrigerator, which was a nice gesture and then I realized it was already opened and it was refilled from the tap.
