Modern Stone Studio in the Heart of Split

The modern stone studio was a very nice place to stay. Located on a quiet side street only a few mins walk to the old town with its resplendent bars, cafes and restaurants. There is also a good supermarket close by. The apartment was clean, quiet and comfortable and staff were very helpful. Our taxi driver had trouble finding the apartment as it is not actually located on Pojisanska, although this might be the official address. The front door is actually located on Ulica SV. Klare.

Nothing, it's nice as it is

Beautiful little apartment, with an extremely comfy bed! Like sleeping on a cloud. I liked the division between the living area and the bedroom - made it feel larger. Shower was good, and the provision of a washing machine was very helpful although we had a little trouble with the door lock on it. Host was really responsive to our issue, though! Kitchen was fine for breakfasts and hot drinks. The portable air con unit was sufficient for our stay despite the heat outside. Location is great - 6 minute walk to old town or the beach, and in a quiet neighbourhood.

Not sure how the ceiling fan worked, or if it was just decorative? There may have been instructions somewhere, but we were only there for one night so didn't search around for those. Not sure how to turn off the mirror lights in the bathroom but maybe they are motion-activated?

Appartement à quelques minutes de la plage et de la vieille ville. L'emplacement est vraiment le gros point fort de l'appartement de notre point de vue. Rien à dire sur l'appartement, il correspondait à nos attentes (quelques modifications entre les photos et notre arrivée avec un canapé qui n'est plus d'angle par exemple, mais en cuir).

Les sanitaires sont peut-être le point un peu plus embêtant. Pas beaucoup de pression au jet de la douche et parfois quelques odeurs dans cette pièce malgré la ventilation (provenant certainement des égoûts).

The location was great, the bed slept nice and we could use a lot of facilities.

The smell in the bathroom was awful. When we arrived the door to the bathroom was open and the whole studio was smelling like sewage. With the door closed it is luckily contained to only the bathroom. After trying everything that the host said like flushing all the drains with buckets of water and using the dehumidifier it still stank. We even bought air refreshener but even that did not help. They also changed the couch on the picture to a leather 2 seather which doesnt sit great, especially when watching tv since the tv hangs very high.
