i did not like the property at well, Host was very rude and was not helpful at all. room did not have warm water though it was mentioned in the facilities. The room was filled with bees. Room looked nothing like photos

Very convenient location for transport links, restaurants, old town. Comfy accommodation.

Virtually next door to bus, train and ferry terminals. Old town few minutes walk away. Many restaurants, bars, grocery stores, nearby. Very clean and comfortable accommodation for our short stay. No lift but our apartment on 3rd floor wasn't too many steps to get to, had a nice sized balcony and views over the harbour, which made up for it. Bed a little too firm but we had no trouble sleeping. Cooking utensils a little sparse but ate out anyway, mainly used for making breakfasts and sandwiches. Nice welcome from reception and it was manned most of the time.

Apartments were in a quite street and couldn't hear hardly any car/bus traffic, but being behind the train station, some trains ( not all) were noisy at times, however we really did not find it an issue and it did not impact our enjoyment of the stay. If we were travelling through Split again, we would stay here again.

Perfect location in Split

The location was fantastic. Check in was easy. Very comfortable bed, great size room with small kitchen. Would highly recommend.

Only thing we would say is there is no lift, only stairs, but staff are very happy to help with luggage.

The room is very small; the shower room is also so small that it is difficult to move inside. Also, the shower curtain does not help, so you have to clean up water from the floor to avoid flooding.

Great location but mail manager spoke no English and offered seniors no help with bags

Location excellent, hard to find entrance as hotel entrance in another street so info given for address is incorrect

The male manager would not assist with helping a senior take the suitcase up 2 flights of stairs as no lift I had to ask young housekeeper to help me, she was tipped well for her kindness

The host was very efficient. The location was good close to bus and rail. Only stayed one night .

The property was tricky to find. The stairs to the second floor apartment are difficult for elderly people. Host did offer luggage storage downstairs.

Very central. Close to town and port.

The room was dirty with the bedside tables unclean. The bathroom sink was blocked and the water was dangerously hot with no warning. The bed was very small and pillows uncomfortable. Also had to pay in cash when we checked in which felt wrong. Over priced.

A comfortable stay, in a convenient location for trips

The location behind the Split main bus station made it very convenient to get to the bus station for trips out of Split. A shortcut (through a hole cut in the fence of the train station, which was located next to the bus station) made the walk even shorter - it took only 5 - 10 minutes to walk from the front door of the apartment to the bus stop. The apartment was pretty comfortable, with reasonably good size room (for Split standard). The apartment was also within walking distance to the Riva and Old Town. The area was bustling. There was a beach within walking distance to the apartment.

The area could be a bit noisy until late at night.

The owner of the apartment was exceptionally hospitable. The location is very good, close to the port and the city centre. The bed was very comfortable, it is good for a short stay.

The air-conditioning wasn't working and bedroom was rather small.

The location is exceptional with an easy walk to the old town,railway,busses and ferries. Nice restaurants nearby. The rooms are small but have air conditioning and when traveling you only need a clean room bathroom and comfy bed

The staff was excellent and the facilities were very clean. The location was close to the bus/train station and a short walk from the waterfront and the Old Town attractions. We liked the balcony that had a view of the harbor and the well equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove top and microwave.

Amazing hospitality from the owner and his attentive staff. The location is excellent, and the view is absolutely stunning. Everything I needed was provided for a comfortable stay.

The rooms could benefit from better soundproofing, and the shower water was only lukewarm.

Good for a Night

One night only. Bed not really comfortable as it was really hard, but some may like that. Being close to the railway, bus and ferry's was great, although some of the trains (diesel) are very noisy, fortunately, they stopped running just after 10pm so it was quiet after that. Room otherwise clean, nice balcony to sit on. Air conditioning kept us cool. Really let down with no hot water to shower.

No hot water to the room, only discovered this when trying to shower in the early morning we left (we left early to catch an early ferry so no one to advise).

fine for a very short stay

good location, luggage storage. fine for one night. staff friendly.

air con not working. cash only (not made very clear when booking - had to go to the nearest atm late at night and had a surcharge). woken up by bells at 6am which went on for ages (not their fault-just be aware!). shower head had no holder which made it difficult. rooms at back led on to alley which smelt of smoke and had people on loud phone calls.

Lovely stay in the center of Split

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The location is amazing and right at the city center. If you got a balcony room, you’re in for a treat cause the views are spectacular. Nice and basic room. The owner goes out of the way to provide you a free parking.

it’s a little basic and could use some renovation to make it modern. Wifi needs improvement. The bathroom is quite small and the geyser runs out of warm water in a couple of mins. Keeping a card machine would be more convenient for the guest.
