Excellent traditional place to stay for a few days in a wonderful location.

Comfortable, very convenient location, lovely roof garden and great shower.

Noisy neighbours very late into the night who were a group of female tourists. Couldn’t be helped and must have been annoying for the neighbouring residents. Some tourists are very inconsiderate.

We had a fabulous 2 nights in Spilt and did everything we wanted to do. Denis’s apartment was the perfect base

Everything was AMAZING. Great location to explore the city, Denis contacted us each day to check we were ok. Would highly recommend

Amazing location to stay within the old city.

Location was superb. The host responses were good. The bathroom and bedroom is nice and spacious.

WiFi signal was not strong enough inside the apartment. The kitchenette was not equipped well. The living area/kitchenette is not spacious.

Amazing location!

Amazing location! So close to everything you could need and the balcony was great. Nice and quiet at night and the hosts were super responsive and friendly. Definitely recommend!

Position in a quiet area just outside of the city center, away from party noises and loud music. Everything you need is at a short walking distance. The owner was very helpful and friendly.

My room was quite dark, as the window faced directly the house in front and had no curtain to shade from outside, so I had to keep the blinders closed to have some privacy.

Fantastic location close to Old Town

Great location, big balcony with sunbeds. Safe in the wardrobe in the room with space for several outfits. Owner is very friendly and helpful with checking in advice

The small ironing board was tricky to use as the dining table is slippery to use it on. Iron works really well though. The bed is a bit creaky, whenever you move or try to get up in the night you have to move very gently in order for it to not be too loud!

Central, cosy and comfortable

Very well located and easy to find, the room was cool and had thoughtful touches like toiletries, books and a hairdryer which made for a comfortable stay. The bathroom and bedding were very clean. Excellent for anyone travelling without too much luggage!

The cutlery and plates provided had not been well washed since the last guests and had bits of food on them. There was a lingering artificial smell (perhaps the cleaning liquid, or an artificial air freshener?) which was quite strong and might not suit someone who has migraines triggered by scents.

Impersonal and disappointing.

I received no reply or acknowledgement of e-mails I sent with enquiries before or after my arrival. There was a blue light plugged into a socket in the bedroom which pulsed at intervals throughout the night - didn't make for a good night's sleep.

Location, location, location!

Ideal location: very close to waterfront, restaurants, etc but no issues with noise. Owner was very helpful with any questions I had. Bed is a queen size, so fine for 2 people (other reviews had said differently). I was here for a month (mid-Nov to mid-Dec), and would stay here again.

The motion sensor lights can be a bit much when trying to sleep, as the one from the front and back both shine through to the bedroom at night. Hopefully they can add some curtains or shades to close at night for better sleep.

The location is perfect, just a few minutes stroll to the waterfront and the old city, yet in a quiet spit with no passing traffic. The apartment wasn't huge but absolutely fine for my needs and the kettle was most welcome. The real winner here though was the balcony or more like a private terrace with chairs and table plus sun loungers, because of this it would in my opinion be hard to find anything better in Split at this kind of price. Definitely I would stay here again.

Nothing though as I was staying in October an outside light on the terrace would have be useful..

Fantastic location, comfortable and clean.

Fantastic location - everything in walking distance. Although central, it was quiet. Balcony was lovely in the evening - although we couldn't find an outside light! The room was somewhat small, but had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable - the fridge was very welcome! We would certainly stay here again.

Perfect place to stay in a lovely city

Great location. Very short Walking distance to everything but hidden away from the noise. Lovely room with nice clean bathroom. Even had home made brandy in the fridge upon arrival. Didn't meet the hosts but they replied to any messages very quickly and were very helpful. Google maps isn't the most accurate in Spilt but not difficult to find. See pic attached and it's at the top of the alley at the top of the pic Thanks for a lovely stay. Would definitely stay here again. Split is a beautiful city to visit.

We stayed in No.2 and it was great! The room had Air-conditioning which is a requirement in Croatia. Prime location, it was not too far, and not too close where the noise might bother you. All and all very happy and would definitely recommend.

It was difficult to find the entrance. Make sure you get the exact location and entrance from the host. Attached is a photo of the entrance, it will be helpful to find it.

The apartment was very good value for money. It was in a great location and the facilities were reasonable. The host was very helpful and accommodating.

The room was a bit chilly and a duvet set would have been good. While the facilities were reasonable, they could have been a bit more modern.

Perfect location for exploring the old town

The location is amazing! Very close to the old town which is perfect for exploring - we did a free walking tour which was really good. It’s also very close to the steps up to the viewpoint.
