The property is located in the Old Town, and the location is absolutely perfect , right in the heart of Split, yet situated in a quiet neighborhood where you can relax, rest, and sleep peacefully. The Riva promenade is only a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to explore everything the city has to offer.
The only thing that could be improved was the mattress, as it was not the most comfortable. Replacing it with a newer and more comfortable one would make the stay even better.

Un accueil chaleureux, une grande disponibilité : des hôtes adorables. Le logement était très propre ( avec une machine à laver en plus) et extrêmement bien placé. Il manquait juste un petit espace extérieur. Je recommande vivement !

We were very happy with our stay at Maroza Apartment! We had everything we needed, the owner even left food and shampoo for us. The beds were very comfortable, clean and tidy. The neighborhood is rather silent, but still very close to the center of the city so the location is amazing and everything is easily accessible.
