Comfortable apartment in great location with helpful hosts

We really enjoyed our stay at the Deluxe Studio with Shared Terrace in September. Arrived at night after our flight was late (8.30pm) and had a little trouble locating our accommodation but a call by WhatsApp to Davor and he found us very quickly. We were actually very close! He gave us heaps of info, tips where to eat, supermarkets, tourist sights and maps which were very useful. Our Studio was spacious, clean with comfortable bed, A/C, kitchenette, compact shower with good hot water, lounge and plenty of hanging space and private entry. Location is quiet but close walking distance to many sights without steps. About a 20min easy walk with wheeled luggage to ferry wharves.

Our studio had an unusual type of washing machine we had not seen before. We were able to work out how to use it from YouTube and it was great, but If unsure ask Davor

A great location to enjoy Diocletian’s palace, and the rest of split.

The location was very convenient for the old town and getting to the ferries and the bus without needing to go up or down any stairs. The owner communicated with us regarding our arrival and I hope the Uber driver with directions when there were unexpected road closures. He met us at the Uber and helped us get our bags to the apartment. The apartment was furnished with anything we needed, including a washing machine, which was easy to use. The owners helped us with any question we had And even provided us with beach towels when we needed them. We were just outside the city walls and it was easy to find our way around and convenience for everything we wanted to do. There was a coffee maker and a nice refrigerator so we were able to make our own coffee in the morning. There was plenty of hanging space and shelves for our clothing.

Highly recommend - friendly hosts, clean, comfortable and great location.

Room was clean and comfortable. Lots of closet space and a well stocked kitchen. The location was perfect. A quiet alley off a busy area with restaurants and coffee shops. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. Our host, Davor, was easy to communicate with. We had a later check in, and he still greeted us with a cold drink and gave us a city map and an overview of key sites etc.

Our only issue was the unreliability of the wifi in the room (worked great in the courtyard). Not a deal breaker, but we were at the tail end of our trip with limited data left.

Great location with wonderful and gracious hosts.

We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. The apartment was perfect for us in every way. Beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and plenty of room. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could want although we didn’t cook since we were close to many restaurants, bakeries and shops. Lina and Dovar are very friendly, helpful and gracious hosts. If we are fortunate enough to visit Split again we wouldn’t look any further we would book with Villa Lina. Thank you Lina and Dovar

Host met us and gave us local information with a welcoming local aperitif. Quiet and comfy accom with a unique color theme. Washing machine always a bonus!

I would 100% stay there again

The room was spacious enough for the two of us, the location could not have been more perfect. It was super close to the main promenade (just behind Zara) without being too close that we got all the noise. The hosts were incredible - on arrival he sat us down with multiple maps and circled where good bakeries were, where supermarkets were and the good beaches.

Location could not be beaten and Davor and Lina were the perfect hosts - greeted us with a cold beer and provided us with great information on what to see/do. We had a number of chats with Davor during our stay - really interesting guy!

The location is superb! 1 minute walk to restaurants, 5 minutes walk to old city, and yet is very quiet. The apartment is cozy and feels like a home. The owners Davor & Lina were very responsive and helpful.

Perfect place for a stay in Split

Very good location very close to the palace but away from the noise and bustle. I only stayed one night as I was heading for an early flight and couldn't make a connection in the morning. I just wanted sonewhere basic to crash out, but the appartment was wonderful. Clean, comfy, with the most fantastic bed, I slept so well. Though I barely used it, the kitchen was very well supplied, infact better than my own at home! Terrace was lovely, the hosts were super, I will definately stay again, but for alittle longer next time.

I couldn't get the TV to work ... but that may have been me as I always struggle with remotes!

Perfect and comfortable

Central and very complete apartment, perfect for two people. Spacious, clean and with many utilities. Lina and Davor were really nice with us and we are grateful for their help.

Perfect place to stay in Split

Lina and her husband were so friendly and welcoming. They gave us juice and traditional donuts on arrival and gave us loads of information about Split, things to do and where to eat. The apartment was beautiful, very clean and comfortable and well equipped. The shared terrace was very nice and there was a place to hang clothes to dry. The location is excellent too - right in the centre, a 5 minute walk to the sea and to Diocletian's palace. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Split.

Such a lovely apartment, we could live there! Very homely with everything you need and extremely spacious. It was in a perfect location and had a lovely terrace. The owners were so sweet, they welcomed us with traditional liquor and sweet snacks, told us where the best place to eat was and very welcoming. 100% recommend this place and we would def stay again if we were ever back in split. The beautiful harbour city of Split, Croatia - ancient, Mediaeval and modern.

I chose the property because I wanted to stay in the Old Town. The tall stone building was perfectly located down a charming lane, near a Mediaeval church, the harbour, shops and Diocletian's Palace. It had an internal courtyard with a garden, and the friendly owners conveniently lived upstairs.

I think Davor and Lina are wonderful people the place needs a deep clean and hot water

I thought Davor and Lina were very nice and lovely people. They were warm and welcoming. The location was great and there was a washer in the facility. They arranged a pick up to the airport with a wonderful driver.

I never had hot water and had to take a cold shower. There was old accumulated dust on the walls especially near the kitchen. The bathroom had a smell of old body odor and it was also noticeable on the couch. There was also a stench coming up from the sink pipes of old water. There were no lights for the stairs at night making it dangerous. It can be a little noisy with people outside but that’s out of the host control.
