Great location, great amenities. Bed too hard, owner was very helpful and friendly in trying to solve this :)

It is located super close to the city center. The owner responds fast, and is very friendly. There’s more than enough closet space. AC/heater works fine. You can open the windows, there’s a mosquito net on the outside. Outlets are next to the bed, on both sides. There are two cooking pots and two pans. You can use the washer and dryer in the laundry room, which is located in the hall and shared with the other two rental apartments of Center De Lux Studios. This is also where you find extra blankets, towels and cleaning supplies. In the kitchenette we found leftover groceries, as in, there was oil to cook with, spices, pasta, tea… so make sure to check what’s already in the kitchenette so you don’t buy something that’s already there :-)

The bed was too hard. Other former guests call it ‘comfortable’ in their reviews, but they never mention what hardness level they prefer. As I have back problems due to hEDS, I need a soft mattress. After we had tried it out the first night, we reached out to the owner and she actually bought and brought a memory foam topper for the bed. Which is amazing service! This made the bed a bit more manageable. My partner slept okay on it, however, to me the mattress was still too hard. I managed with adding blankets underneath the topper strategically.

Lovely studio apartment close to the old town- clean, comfortable & very nicely presented

Lovely clean comfortable studio appartment close to the old town. Very nicely decorated, plenty of storage space, basic cooking facilities and a lovely bathroom. We liked the location - just outside of the old town, close to a supermarket for provisions and with parking nearby. We liked Split, it feels more of town in it's own right, not just for tourists, but also amazing architecture and old town.

Parking in Split is very expensive! But that's not the property's fault, just the way it is :-)

The location was great, clean and stylish. Very functional, great cat on the doorstep to welcome us home each night.

Comfortable and well located

Apartment is great, spacious and well equipped. It has everything you might need. Location is also superb, although it might not look it if you arrive by taxi it is very close to the old town and surrounded plenty of nice places to eat. Bus station and port are just 15 minutes walk and can be easily reached by foot. Would definitely recommend.

Space for luggage would be great.

The sound isolation between rooms is quite poor through the entrance door and everything can be heard from neighbouring appartments.

Lovely

In a very convenient location from the old town. Less than a 15 minute walk from the bus station or the ferry ports. Room was big with a small kitchen that came with a stove, fridge, and dishes. Bathroom had a towel warmer and a floor warmer. I had an issue where there was no key in the lock box, contacted the property and in 10 minutes she came and gave me a key. Fast service, easy to deal with and great help. Was my favorite place to stay throughout my whole trip in Croatia.

Superb!

We loved this apartment, it is beautifully decorated, very spacious and extremely clean. We stayed for two nights but it would definitely be good for longer than that as there are fantastic kitchen facilities. The location is perfect as it is a short walk to the main touristy part but there are some reasonably priced bars and restaurants on the way, there are also two large supermarkets very close by. The bed is nice and large and it is very comfortable. The bathroom is really spacious and was spotlessly clean, it felt brand new. We really enjoyed our time in Split in this apartment.

This apartment is very centrally located to the old town of Split. Just a short walk to the water and the Diocleation palace.

Would have liked a bit more sitting area - but it was a studio.

Great location with all the amenities.

The accommodations were perfect and we felt very safe. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. Very close to all the sites and the main square but also very quiet for a great night sleep. The expresso coffee machine was a perfect touch. Last but not least, the laundry facilities were great and convenient.

Newly renovated apartment. Very comfortable stay. The washing machine was easy to use. Walking distance to the major tourist sights.

It would have been helpful to have a laundry drying rack that we can use in the apartment. The nearest public carparks were full so we had to park a little bit further away.

Perfect location, quiet but close to everything.

Perfect location. Just outside the old town and five minutes from the seafront. But still quiet and peaceful. Super friendly staff, available via message to help but easy self check in. The smoke alarm started beeping due to low battery, we messaged and they were immediately available to fix the issue. Washing machine, dryer and steamer all available.

Home from home

This property is in a very good location, close to the town area and has easy access out of the town too. The property was just as described in words and photos. It was like going from one home to another. The room was very comfortable, clean and had plenty of storage space. The windows are double glazed to keep unwanted noise out at night :-D. At the time we stayed here, the temperature in Split was above 30 degrees Celsius every day so it was great to have fully functioning air conditioning, a freezer to make iced drinks and access to a laundry room to wash clothes. The laundry room was stocked with fresh towels and toiletries as well. The WiFi was good and the TV has a variety of channels... Not that we spent a lot of time watching it. Entrance to the property is all done through keypads so you don't need any keys. That means you have one less thing to look after while on holiday. While we didn't meet our hosts face to face, they were super responsive via the booking.com app throughout the entire trip! They were on hand to answer any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this apartment and stay here again!

Luxury feel in a great location

Beautifully decorated & very clean. Great communication from the host. Great location, walkable to everything but in a more peaceful area so it wasn’t noisy. This was the nicest place we stayed while travelling around Croatia.

Very good option for Split

The “studios” are studio apartments. Very conveniently located just outside the old town, pedestrian-only streets to the sites and restaurants, about a 7 minute walk to the seafront and 10 minutes to the bus station where the local buses (37 or 38) from the airport arrive. Access by code is convenient. Great to have a washer and dryer (available to a couple of other rooms too but we never saw anyone else use them). Good size room with fridge, utensils, sink. Communication with the owner is easy.

Typical European shower with nothing separating the spray from the rest of the bathroom, so you need to put a towel down. Only 2 of each utensil so you need to wash dishes frequently (not a big deal).

The most comfortable, clean and conveniently located home-away-from-home in Split !

The location was excellent - both the port and old town were easily accessible but it was also quiet and peaceful enough to sleep. The studio was immaculately clean and had everything we needed to feel like we were in a home away from home. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was really good. The laundry room was fantastic with excellent, brand new machines.

Nothing could be improved - it’s the perfect place.
