Great location, lots of room with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths Host was very accommodating

Central location - busy fun street with pedestrians. No cars or scooters. Lively, Clean good rooms.

Host could always be reached. Good communication with the host . Friendly and responsive and helpful.

The shower and instructions on the water boiler which you can easily switch off by accident.

Good space for younger people who enjoy noisy nights out. Not great for families.

Very central location for visiting the old town. Simple and clean apartment - great for young people who want to enjoy the city and nightlife.

Too noisy for us at night and we left a day early to a quieter location near the sea in Kaštel Lukšić. We couldn't park our hire car at the advised locations - and had to walk about 20 mins with our luggage. We recommend you get a taxi to the property.

Right on top of the busiest sandwich shop in Split so if you expect to get any sleep, don’t until about 2am

Well-Located, Functional Stay with Great Hospitality

The host was incredibly accommodating and kindly allowed us to check in a little early after our ferry arrival from Dubrovnik. The apartment itself is functional, clean, and ideally located. There’s a large supermarket nearby, plenty of dining options, and it’s just a short downhill walk to the waterfront. We especially appreciated the washing machine, the air conditioning, and the convenient location—all of which made our stay very comfortable.

Things to Note There are a few flights of stairs leading up to the apartment. This wasn’t an issue for us, but it’s something to consider if you’re traveling with heavy luggage or have mobility concerns. The area is lively, so light sleepers might notice some evening noise. That said, these were all minor points in the context of what the apartment offers in terms of practicality, comfort, and location. We’d definitely recommend it for a stay in the area.

Good location, overall ok stay

Apartment was in great location within walking distance to everything great ice cream shop and sandwich shop under the apartment overall ok apartment for a couple of nights but wouldn’t recommend for a longer term stay

Only two elements and no actual stove to cook in so made cooking food and no taster in the apartment difficult, shower was ok but mould in areas puts you off wanting to shower

Perfect Location in Split

Location was perfect. Comfortable beds and had all the essentials in the kitchen. Everything was clean and in working order. The decor is plain and functional. Directions to access property were clear and precise. Very satisfied with the stay and would definitely recommend. Thank you.

All you need to spend perfect time in Split.

The apartment is in a perfect location. It is comfortable, has AC system and really nice materaces in the beds. There is all you need(bar, restaurant, shop…) in a few meters from the property.

It is wuite loud at night ( drunk tourists;(( ) but otw not the peners fault of course. Just writing it for others to consider. That’s a price you pay for having the best cevap place in town roght next to your flat!;)

Our family had a comfortable stay in this apartment in the old town. The host was very friendly and accomodating.

Great location (with an icecream shop right across from us!), good size apartment and comfortable bedrooms. Host was really accomodating with early check in and allowing us to leave bags after discharge. Handy to have 2 toilets and a washing machine.

Kitchen was a bit small. Some street noise but luckily no cars.

Great little apartment in the centre of Split. Perfect for two people. Well located, good facilities and very comfortable and quiet.

Just minor things - bigger hot water system that caters for four adults, a toaster would be handy and shower needs a screen to prevent water going all over the floor.

Relatively small but nice. Well located with great ice-cream shop opposite. Two toilets were a bonus. Good air conditioning in each room.

Very clean, easy checkin, checkout, AC in each room, good parking close to the apartment. The host is responding within minutes and takes care about you. I can just recommend this place.

Perfect Spot

The flat is very nice and clean. Most important is that is located in a an excellent location, close to many amenities.

The felt is great, just a couple of things: 1. Is on the second floor, so be ready to carry your luggage upstairs (this is fine, just be aware) 2. The shower cap as a little lose and was difficult to shower. The floor of the bathroom can also be very slippery. This is specially true inside the shower.

Estadia em Split

A localização é excepcional. Perto de tudo mesmo. O apartamento é bem montado. A cozinha possui eletrodomésticos necessários e utensílios. As camas são confortáveis.

A bicama do quarto q tem a cama de casal não é confortável. Ficamos 3 dias e em 2 dias a água quente acabou. Outra observação é que faltam na cozinha panos de prato. Só tinha um.
