Mixed feelings about this place.

The room was as pictured. It was a studio with a well equipped kitchen ( microwave and hob). It was clean and comfortable. 10 minutes easy walk to the town on the flat. The supermarket was just around the corner. Beware its shut on Sundays. The keysafe was easy to find and w4 hour check in was useful.

Access to the property was frustrating. You have to climb about 3 small flights of stairs. The stairs are dark and the light goes out before you can open the door. The light in the hallway to the apartment also goes out before you can access your room. The locks were hard to master and this was the cause of much frustration. There was no plug for the sink so you wouldn't want to be doing much washing up. The shower in the bathroom has a small entrance and if you are on the larger side you would probably not get into it. There was no where to store my suitcase.

Great stay in a modern, well-located apartment—just a few small details, but we’d happily return.

Modern apartment in a very convenient location—right at the start of the center, just behind Tommy Supermarket, and close to the port if you want a day tour or visit other islands. Basically, everything is within easy reach.

Just a few small details: the towels were very thick and heavy, almost like rugs, and the hooks for hanging towels were loose—one was falling off and another was fixed upside down. A sturdier stainless-steel rack or hooks might work better. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and highly recommend it.

Good location, not far from old town and very good host.

The owner is exceptionally concerned about finding the apartment and instructions. She’s done excellent job for guest feel safe. Well done in this regard. The shortfall is no toiletry and need to ask for it. Forgetful cleaner but straight away response and deliver. Highly recommended.

Very clean and new. The beds and the sheets were super comfy. Great design and the bathroom was big. Everything was perfect. Location was great too!

A lovely stay in the centre with good value for money, couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Superb

Fantastic location to explore Split from. I visited on a solo trip and felt very safe and comfortable here. The bed and furnishings of the room were fabulous, as well as a great shower. I was sent a video prior to arriving with very clear instructions on how to access the property, which I really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

I think it should be made a little clearer the type of room you are booking, as initially I thought I had booked a self catering apartment with cooker etc, and only closer to my stay did I see in the small print that I hadn't. So this is something which could be improved on by the property. However, I was still very happy with my room and the location to Split. A wonderful place to stay.

If you want to be close to old Town and quiet place, choose this apartment

We received a WhatsApp message with check-in instructions and a video how to get to the apartment few days before our arrival. That was amazing and helped us a lot.

The air conditioning was a bit weird sometimes. We set up the level and temperature, but it took very long to start working. A little tip: don't get scammed at the airport if you want to get to Split. The local bus takes its time, but it's cheaper than the taxis standing at the same bus stop. They told us all kind of stories in order to take their ride. Just don't go for that.

I would add hangers for the towels in the bathroom... It is very uncomfortable to have to place towels somewhere and not knowing where to let them dry.

Excellent NEW stay for a few nights. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The apartment was new, nicely modern design with new kitchen appliances, safety box, iron, coffee and everything you need. Very clean, comfortable beds for a nice sleep. I really enjoyed the sheets they were soft. Big towels. Big Smart TV with Netflix and Youtube access. Wi-Fi was great! The hostess, Anna was very helpful and quickly responses to questions, even in the evening. Excellent location, hidden away from the busy streets but only 7 minute walk from Riva street and all major attractions. The bus to Dubrovnik was about 10-15 min walk from the apartment, very convenient. Great places for food at walking distance and a supermarket right around the corner. Very safe place and I highly recommend this place!!

The on/off button for the heater is right next to the button for the lights which I did not know. So do not turn this off or you will have to deal with a cold shower! It takes about 40-50 minutes to warm up. There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang your towel or clothes and the bathroom sink was a bit clogged so the water did not run away quickly.

Anna was very kind and helpfull. The property is easy to found, it is in the yard from main street. You can park your car in the country yard in front of the property. Everything is quite new and clean. We have studio with kitchen which is very well equipped. There is TV,and internet. The studio is near the city center, 5-10 minutes walk and no more than 20 walk to sandy beach Bacvice.

Molto carino e accogliente

L’appartamento molto carino e pulito. Accogliente con tutto il necessario sia per cucina, bagno e relax. Si trova in un ottima posizione, noi abbiamo girato sempre a piedi perché le cose essenziali erano vicine, supermercati, ristoranti, bar etc. Non abbiamo mai preso bus/taxi.

Solo il fatto che l’acqua è limitata e ad un certo punto ci siamo ritrovati con l’acqua fredda. Per il resto tutto ottimo
