Noisy neighbors

Great location, great views from the sleeping rooms

The neighbors upstairs came home at 0.30am and enjoyed their terrace. That unfortunately meant that we could not sleep until 02.30am, because it was extremely noisy. We had to go upstairs and inform the neighbors (friendly tourists) that our children are constantly waking up due to their noise, but the terrace is exactly above the sleeping rooms and we had a terrible night. For the EUR 180 per night, we had expected to at least have the chance to sleep at night. The apartment above is also a tourist rental, so this disturbance at night will happen frequently during the summer. A real shame. For future people that rent this apartment: please contact the owners immediately if there are people on the terrace after 0.00h - apparently they could take action to reduce the disturbance (we were unfortunately informed about that afterward when we complained to the owners)

Location of the apartmants in amazing, it is near the Riva, in the old town, has modern furniture, all you need for nice stay, from washing mashine to the clima in every room. There is a free parking near the apartment.

Very nice and fully furnished apartement with wunderfull view. Kitchen full equiped even with dishwasher Flat is perfect for up to 4 adults but has 5 very comfortable beds. Contact to the hosts was easy and very friendly.

Love the location and value for this place.

The host provided very detail instructions for finding the place and the check in process. It was extremely clean. The place looks like the pictures exactly. Bed was comfortable to my standard - not too soft or hard. Definitely recommend to those wanting to stay very close to the main core area in Split. Walking distance to port and everything in between.

The bedroom was a tad small, but it didn't bother us as we used it to sleep and weren't in the house much.

En modern lägenhet med fantastisk utsikt och läge för ett bra pris, vi vart mycket nöjda.

Fantastisk läge med en otroligt fin lägenhet. Bra kontakt med ägare som svarade på alla frågor. Bra med AC som gjorde att boendet var perfekt till varma sommardagar.

Vattentrycket kunde varit lite bättre men förstår att de är gamla rör och byggnader.
