Casa Matošića Apartments

Die Unterkunft ist mega zentral in der Altstadt gelegen und trotzdem nachts sehr ruhig. Das war für uns eigentlich die perfekte Kombination. In nur 5–10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man die guten Bars und Clubs, gleichzeitig bekommt man in der Wohnung vom Nachtleben kaum etwas mit. Auch der Hafen mit vielen Restaurants und der schönen Promenade ist nur etwa 2–3 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich, und wir konnten wirklich gut schlafen. Auch die Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert. Besonders angenehm war, dass man das Apartment tagsüber gut herunterkühlen konnte und dadurch nachts eine perfekte Temperatur hatte. Man konnte die Klimaanlage aber auch nachts laufen lassen, ohne direkt vom kalten Luftstrom angeblasen zu werden. Das Badezimmer war sauber und zwar eher klein, aber absolut ausreichend – klein, aber fein. Die Unterkunft war außerdem unkompliziert zu erreichen. Insgesamt vor allem wegen der Lage, der Ruhe und des Schlafkomforts wirklich super.

Eigentlich gab es kaum etwas zu bemängeln. Der kostenlose Parkplatz ist ca. 6–7 Gehminuten entfernt, was aber gut kommuniziert wurde. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Das Licht in der Wohnung ist abends etwas kalt.

Brilliant location, super clean, very comfortable. Close to everything - 15min walk to ferry/bus terminal. Grocery store round the corner. Very easy to find, easy communication with host. Everything you needed for light cooking - fridge, stove top, utensils.

Nothing you can do about it but unfortunately the people staying above us were exceptionally noisy when returning home at 1am and 4am on Friday and Saturday night (yelling, slamming doors, chanting, general drunken behaviour etc). Can’t control other people’s behaviour, luckily our earplugs saved the day.

The location and the kebab shop opposite lol😂 It was a lovely little apartment that had all we needed for a three night stay

Very central and clean. one of the best location to live in split. The street is full of good food and very near port.

I had a booking for 4 but wasnt comfortable considering the inner room doesnt have air conditioning. Our parents had to freeze in the living room so there could be some air in the bedroom. We repeatedly requested for a fan but it was declined.Also we stayed for 5 days and there was no cleaning and this was the first stay where we were expected to throw garbage in a bin away from the house.
