Great value for our stay and absolutely recommend this apartment

The host Ivana was very friendly, attentive and available. She gave me recommendations on restaurants. Apartment was clean and kitchen well equipped. Balconies were great. Nice shower and washer machine. Easy and free street parking. Apartment is 15min walk to Old Town. Grocery stores and restaurants very close by. Apartment is on 3rd floor and not too many stairs. We had a great time.

There were ants in kitchen, bathroom and bedroom but wasn’t terrible.

The location could not be better. Close to the beach, close to the port and the center. All very organized. The rooms had a great size. All available in the kitchen.

Good location, clean and spacious rooms with helpful owners.

Very spacious bedrooms, clean and had all that we needed. They even provided snacks and fruit on the first day which was very nice. The location is very good! 20 min walk to the old town but it was a scenic walk so not a problem. Owner was also very helpful and responsive when we needed help.

Apartment in top location with great host

Really nice apartment in an amazing location (very easy walk to the city center as well as the beach). We were positively surprised and the rooms looked even nicer in person than on the pictures. The host was very nice and responded to any questions immediately. There was even some beer an fruit for us in the kitchen!

It's close to local beaches and a 30min walk to the center with an amazing view ti the sea. It has everything one needs to live and cook and enjoy nice holidays. The hosts were super friendly and hospitable. There are places to park for free on the street in front of the building. Supermarket is a 2min walk. I will always stay here if I ever visit Split again :)

Great apartment with everything we needed for a week, quiet neighbourhood, and just a short and scenic walk from the old town. Ante met us on arrival and made checking in and out super easy. Lots of cars parked on the road, but we didn't have any problems finding a spot on the days we had a hire car.

Beautiful stay in Split

Very clean and comfortable one bedroom apartment, 10 minutes walk to the Old Town. Full kitchen with dinette, very nice shower, comfortable bed, quiet at night. Easy check-in and check out. Helpful and pleasant hosts. I'll definitely recommend this place!

It was excellent! Everything you need and more :). Within walking distance to the beach and Old Town, extremely clean and thought out in all details. Tastefully and practically arranged. A washing machine is always a big advantage in my opinion. We highly reccommend it :).

A quiet location next to the marina and a few minutes from the city center.

My host was waiting for me on my arrival and showed up right on time on my depart like I requested. He also set up a taxi for me at the cheapest price although i didn't need it in end. He was very friendly and helpful. It was a very comfortable stay. I will definitely stay there again.

Excellent value for money, better then on the pictures.

Location for us was perfect, found a parking in front of the building, but we could reach old center on foot. Appartment was better then on pictures, clean and we were welcomed with fruits, water, wine and snacks; above the standards. Check inn and check out was easy. Trust we will visit it again.

Best choice💜

We often travel as a family to Split. Of all the previous facilities, Seaside Paradise apartment is the best. Perfect location in the most beautiful and quietest part of Split, 15 minutes walk from Diocletian's Palace. The apartment is clean, sunny, spacious, equipped with everything necessary. Parking is possible on street in front, it is free and available. Many thanks to Ivana, a wonderful and extremely kind owner. All recommendations. We will definitely be back again.

Real vacation

Wonderful apartment!

You could walk to the beach in about 10 minutes. It was a 15 minute walk (by the water) to Old Town/Diocletian’s Palace. AC was great. WiFi was solid. Small grocery store was maybe 5 minute walk away. Parking along the sides was easy enough. In a quiet building. Dishwasher & washing machine! Highly recommend for the quality and price!

Best accommodation ever!

This apartment looks much better in reality than in pictures. Everything was perfect. Quality appliances, perfect sleep conditions for 2 adults and 2 kids, great shower with very good water pressure and temperature. Good area with tranquility and a lot of nature. Parking space always available on the street. Not far from the center, maybe 10 minutes on foot, but a pleasant walk by the sea. The owner greeted us with a bottle of wine, cold beer and some sweets for the kids which was great! It also gave us all the information we need. Thank you so much for everything! Definitely recommend and we can't wait to come back.

Exceptional

It was our first family trip to Croatia and we are really happy that we met Ante and his father as our host. We are quite experienced travelers and have seen lots of places but the welcoming here was outstanding - some tangerines, lemons and grapes were on the table along with wine and some beers in the fridge. Actually this apartment has 2 fully separated bedrooms (which is quite convenient if you'd like to have late expedition to the fridge:-) with excellent mattresses on the beds, we slept very well there. The host met us and showed around. It was definitely visible that this family knows what travelers really need and they prepared literally everything to make our stay comfortable - enough toilet paper rolls, full set of cutlery, pots, pan, some coffee, spices, bed linen and number of towels - everything was in the place and working perfectly - oven, dishwasher (including tablets), washing machine (including powder). Location is also perfect (at least for us) who are not partying late but still we were able to quickly access the old town and all the amenities. Can't wait to see them and stay there next time again. Thanks so much!
