GREAT LOCATION.

You couldn't get a better location. It's just me so although others would find it a bit small I was very happy.

The hot water system could be improved, but I still managed a good hot shower.

Good stay

The Apartment is very close to the old center, but in a quiet alley, easy to reach ferry, bus, the “riva”, market and palace. It is spacious and we could check in late after our flight was delayed.

1st, they moved the location from the original place The room wasn't ready on time The owner was fixing the other refrigerator in the room, and due to the refrigerator drain water, the room became smelly Too much stuff in a small room The pillows were like for giant ppl, double of normal size

An impeccably clean tiny apartnent 5 min walk from the Old City. Very helpful, nice host. Convenient way of getting the keys (coded keybox). Close to the port and autobus station, a bus stop and supermarket are just next door.

The place is really tiny. The only window is a part of the front door and the front door opens right in the comparatively busy shared paved yard. You are a thin door away from (almost) street life.

Good

I like this location just 3 minutes walk to Riva and diocletian palace. Apartment is nearby two supermarkets and a bakery. Ferry station, bus station are 10 minutes walk from apartment.

The location was excellent, it was within 15 minutes walk of all of the major bus stations and extremely close to the palace and all the lovely restaurants.

It could’ve done with more cutlery and a dustpan and brush.

Location was good but AC and lack of hot water let it

The location was good however as it’s Very central and located on top of a bar it’s very noisy.

The AC didn’t work, we had no hot water and smell of the room wasn’t great.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! worst accomodatin ive got on my life! paid 200 euros a night to sleep in a tight room (never saw such a tight place) that smelled like beef, all my clothes and i smelled like were out of a barbecue! the toitlet was dirty, so disguting, they didnt even clean! worst experience

Nice location but very dirty, not worth the money

The location, close to the port and town center.

It was quite dirty. the bed sheets and towels were old broken and very dirty. there were ants on the floor and everything looked very shabby. It was awful. The refrigerator is also loud so we had to turn it off at night. It not worth the money.

Location is very good. Its size is adequate, as we did not spend much time at the accommodation. Check-in and check-out flexibility.

It would be worth buying an ant trap, because there are not very many, but there were even 1-2 in the bed at some point. The description of the key holder box to change the code, because we know in retrospect it is not complicated, but I almost had to pay for a new one because I did not reset it well, luckily I managed to solve it.

Great location, marina on doorstep, closest beach 9 minute walk away. Owners really friendly and accommodating.

Facilities were very basic as promoted. 1 small fridge, 2 hobs, sink. Utensils could be improved.

It's a good location, not noisy, and I was able to park my motorbike directly in front: The place was pretty basic, but did not rayll lack anything

The stay was spoilt by some awful weather, but that's no reflection on the apartment, which was OK

The apartment had all the necessary facilities crammed into a small space - no problem for a short stay and the closeness to the city centre was a big plus!

I would have preferred to meet the host on my arrival, but his approach is to leave a key in a secure box - problems accessing the box were mostly my fault but were sorted out when I contacted Mirko by borrowed mobile phone. With no direct contact I would have appreciated some helpful basic information left in the apartment, eg a local map and instructions as to how to get the TV working. Admittedly these problems could have been easily solved if I had a mobile phone, but not all of us have one!

The place is easily accessible from outside. Regular price and “nothing fancy but sleep”.

Nice overnight stay in Split city center.

Location of the apartments is close to the old part of Split and located in an alley. A [relatively] quit location]. We arrived with Flix Bus. The apartment is walking distance from the bus station / train station. Interior is simple - but everything is there. We stayed here one [1] night with two adults in two [2] apartments. Very friendly owner. Clear and good communication.

Mice droppings, dead bugs, cockroaches, mold and dirty bed sheets

Everything. The property we booked... we didn't get. They lied about the locations. They say they have two. One in the city center. They didn't say they have one that's 200 yds from their office. The address i recieved was wrong and i was very far from the city center, where they said the room was. When i bought this up the land lord threatened to kick us out and not give us any money back. The room was disgusting and filthy. Dead bugs everywhere, flies, mold, the room was not the same as in the pictures. There were no need sheets in the bed. When we did get them. They were filthy and dirty. When i bought this up i was only told, well other places are 200 euro more. Some how they felt that it excused the place from being a wreck and should be condemned. NEVER RENT A ROOM FROM THESE PEOPLE EVER!!!

Didn't expect much but it could be at least clean

Great location in a way- in a town center , lots of things to see only minutes away, sandy beach only 15min walk Lady was very nice, response for airport shuttle was very quick too, they doing some trips if you want to Room looked okay, bed was pleasant Aircon , fridge , private bathroom, kitchen had some stuff cups glasses cutlery

The main bad thing is - just not clean ( room fairly clean, bathroom horrible and there's nothing worse than dirty bathroom towels doesn't look the best toilet seat not even wiped properly toilet itself probably haven't seen a toilet brush and toilet cleaner for years I wanted to clean it myself but it wasn't even a part of cleaning products, dusty everywhere had to put my stuff on a bag), sponge to clean dishes was dirty too Room different that the pictures didn't expect much but there was one toilet roll left (I left more toilet roll for my sister to stay with my cat?) , hair dryer doesn't work, no first aid kid ( I hurt myself but no plasters or anything ) , no duvet but it's hot anyway Very noisy- on a top of cafe&bar, during the weekend people was walking upstairs and grabbing our door handle ? Loud even with earplugs Just not worth the money I've rented clean places for cheaper (BTW you can ask for cleaning service for few euros I didn't because clearly they don't know how to clean ) I didn't complain either because I can't be bothered talking about toilet roll on my holidays

Excelent location in Split, the area seemed safe and quitet. Very close to the city center, main bus station and marina.

Very very small room, don't have too high expectations. The linen and towels could have looked better. All in all, decent location.

Bad room at a good location

Location was good

Tried to give us a room that was not what it looked like on the pictures. No shower and minimal room. Not like the pictures. We complained and got a bit bigger room with shower, but this shower only had icecold water. Bad cleaning, dirty floors and the room smelled like there was mold.
