Stone Rose in Center

We were welcomed by the host who made sure to help us with the facilities and the neighborhood. He is accessible by WhatsApp and immediately responds, which was great.

The stairs to go up are steep and seemed a bit uncomfortable to go up and down.

The manager on the property is so responsive and willing to fix any problems you have. The location is extremely close to the port and to the old city. We walked with our luggage to our ferry. It was set up well for a family of four.

It’s not that I didn’t like this but good to be aware that the steps to get up to the apartment are narrow and may be a problem with large suitcases. Parking would be a struggle in my opinion but I feel like that’s everywhere near the old city.

Frane was a great host and very friendly and accommodating. The location of the apartment is very central and ideal as a base to tour around Split, within a 5-10min walk of Riva. And 2min walk from bus station (through the railtracks). The beach is easily accessible via the rail tracks also so it was flat and no steps or inclines. The beach is about 5-10min walk away. The apartment is up one flight of stairs and was clean and tidy, with AC and washing machine.

It was basic. Everything was clean and tidy.
