Perfect location- 5 min walk from the old town. 2 min away from the bus station, where bus number 37 stops from the airport and we used it. All kinds of shops, bakeries and pharmacies next to the apartment.

The main host Zoran was top notch in his prompt and professional communication. It seemed as if he was waiting for me to ask him questions in order to respond. He gave excellent recommendations and when the weather was questionable, he volunteered to be the middle man for us speaking directly with the tour operator to get us the inside scoop to not waste our time/money. Marin was waiting for us at the apartment for check-in at 11:00PM (23:00) and gave a brief but thorough overview of the place and how everything worked. The apartment was the most comfortable and most well appointed of all the places our family of 6 had stayed at during our travels (Barcelona, Marseille, Nice, Lake Como, Florence and Rome). A short 10 minute walk to the old town city center, 15 minutes to Bacvice Beach...perfect. 5 stars.

Nothing to complain about from us...

The location was very good, only a 10 min walk to the old town and seafront, with plenty of choice of restaurants. The apartment is nicely decorated, but it is more suited to four people rather than 6, the photos make it look bigger than it is. They allowed us an early check in for an extra €50 which was much appreciated as we had been up since 1:30am for an early flight. Communication whilst in Split was very good.

It was on a main road, so noisy in the mornings. The beds were a little hard for my liking. There is only one main bathroom the second bathroom is only a toilet. The shower plug was blocked ( as mentioned in a previous review). Communication between booking and arrival was a little slow I waited over a day for some replies!

Marin who played as our host was very good. He is reachable for any problems we encounter and knows the answer to any question we ask. The property is good for people having only 1.5 bathrooms. With 6 adults sharing only one shower is a bit chaotic. We like the apartment don't get us wrong but inside the apartment, once you are staying you will experience some problems. First, we had more than 8 blackouts experience because we used the cooker and washing machine at one time, and voila no electricity. Second, the bathrooms, only have one shower for six people. Third, it is good enough for 4 people staying I must say. Lastly, me and husband who stayed in the semi-refurbished bedroom without TV and behind the toilet had so many bites from the bed we slept in. The apartment looks big in the picture.
