Chef’s kiss

Our host Mario was very responsive and shared enough detail to ensure we enjoyed our stay in split. Location is right in the centre, everything is 10mins max walk away. Even with its proximity to everything it’s also quiet and you are sure to get a proper night’s rest. Highly recommend

Perfect

The property was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we required. The start of the show was Mario who was attentive, great communication especially as there was a storm due when we stayed. The apartment is a 5 min walk from the old town, close to restaurants and shops. Would 100% recommend.

Lovely Apartment

Extremely clean and nice size. Includes kitchenette with refrigerator. The owners were very kind and responsive to my requests for assistance.. They went out of their way to help me secure a parking space.

For me personally, the bed mattress was extremely uncomfortable and possibly needs to be replaced.

Highly recommend

Great communication from host, loved the extras like wine in the fridge. Nothing was too much trouble, received beach towels within minutes of asking. Offered late check out which was a huge help with the heat. Room was more modern and bigger than expected, the photos don’t do it justice.

Everything we needed & Views

It was even nicer than I expected! Some of the photos made it seem a little dark, but every space received a lot of light and the aircon was a dream in hot days! The studio apartment had everything we needed, and even the stairwell was unique and decorated with personal touches. We had beautiful views from all windows, including of the palace tower and sea. We enjoyed staying in the more traditional building and the lovely garden out the front. The location is super close to the old town and ferry / bus terminal for arrival / departure. I briefly met Mario who was nice to talk to, and he was generous enough to accommodate extended check-in/out requests where it was possible.

Split Lighthouse perfection

Spent three nights at the Lighthouse in Split in the Deluxe Twin Room with Sea View. Amazing views, fantastic cross-breezes, very quiet at night but just a few minutes' walk from all the hot spots. Suite was super clean. Host responded quickly to all requests. Would definitely return.

Not a problem for us, but if you have mobility issues, the stairs are not for you. If the apartment had had a washer, we could easily have stayed weeks!

Splendid vocation in Split. Location and hosts are excellent. Highly recommend.

The location is excellent, near the old town, 5 minutes to Riva. There are several supermarkets and a market near. The room is very cozy, the bed is rather large and very comfortable, good air-condition, a kitchen is small but very convenient - you can prepare what you want for breakfast or dinner. I especially want to thank the hosts. Mario was always in touch, tried to help with any questions. For example, the hair dryer in the room did not work well, and 15 minutes after notification, it was replaced. Very grateful that the hosts extended our stay until 2 p.m. as we had a late flight.

Incredible modern apartment, perfect for city trip!

The property is so convenient for the city center. The modern set up makes it so easy to use the apartments facilities. Zorona and Mario were incredibly hospitable with some great recommendations for the the area.

This apartment was wonderful! Very quiet, had a washing machine at the complex. The host was also super responsive and it was a wonderful stay overall! We felt very safe traveling as 2 girls as well

Beautiful Views of Zadar and prime location 5 mins walk from main bus station.

Prime location right near Diocletian's palace and the center of zadar but not so close there is allot of street noise. Host was ver accommodating of early check in and has onsite luggage storage if needed. room was great and views where amazing, everything to a very high standard.

Noise can carry through the floor and ceiling from the other apartments. The house rules are for noise to be kept to a minimum at night to combat this.

Lovely stay in this homy apartment with beautiful view

Loved our stay in this recently all renovated, well equipped and very comfortable apartment. The calm location close to and the view over the inner city were charming. Our host was very friendly, helpful and clear in his instructions for access to the apartment as well as letting us store our luggage after check-out.

I wished the balcony's balustrade wasn't that high so to enjoy more of the beautiful view!

It was enjoyable enough that I am already planning to stay there again!

I chose the property because of its proximity to the Old Town and I wasn't disappointed. Five minutes walk and you were there. There was an abundance of cafes and restaurants to choose from if you wanted to eat out and there was a very handy supermarket to deal with your self-catering needs. The apartment itself was well stocked with kitchen equipment and al the facilities were in good order. Mario told me that all the apartments had been fully re-furnished a year ago and it was obviously a job well done. The apartment was roomy with excellent views and generally very pleasant. Mario and his wife were very helpful and caring. Their language skills were impressive and their local knowledge excellent; nothing was too much trouble and both were easy to stand and chat to.

The town seems to have been built on a series of hills; nowhere was flat.:) Not really a problem for anyone and I probably wouldn't have thought about it other than I was just recovering from a hip operation and I felt it more than others would. So that's just a personal observation. There really was nothing to dislike.!

I sincerely recommend! Great location - close to the old town but also quiet and above all with a beautiful view. Very good contact with the owner, the room was well equipped (also wifi and air conditioning). Close to local shops and train station. It was a pleasure to stay here! :)

Great location and facilities but a rather small room.

The appartement is super close to the city center and facilities. The garden and the stone walls are beautiful. Moreover, there is a washing machine and a iron which is super handy. Lastly, the host was super nice and helpful.

The atmosphere is great at lighthouse. The view over the city is incredible. The perfect place for a great diner on the roof terrace. All facilities were very modern and kitchen equipment was available. There is also a washing machine. The apartment is located close to the old town and the beach.

Perfect apartment for a group of three who are looking to cook for themselves

Spacious apartment with good air conditioning. The sofa bed was also really comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped (salt, pepper etc.). Also really nice to have the balcony, since in the evening you see the beautiful sunset over the city.

The flor was a bit dirty when we arrived.
