Apartman je dosta star i dobro bi mu došao facelift. Umivaonik je zaštopan, utičnice vire iz zida, jacuzzi kada ima Plijesan. Također, pazite na parking koji je extra uzak i samo za iskusne vozače.

We (three people) stayed here in July 2026. The apartment is located on the second floor. It was clean, basic, and comfortable, with an excellent location. It is close to the Old Town, bars, restaurants, shops, and other amenities. It is about a 9–11 minute walk to the TP Ferry Port and roughly the same walking distance to Split Old Town. The main issue during our summer stay was the air conditioning. The AC unit is located in the living room and was not strong enough to cool the other bedroom, which did not have its own AC unit, even with the bedroom door left open. I am not sure if this was due to the apartment’s insulation or the capacity of the AC unit, but if you are staying during the warmer months, I recommend asking for a fan. It would make a big difference in keeping the room more comfortable. Since this is an older home, the bathroom has a traditional setup where the bathtub and shower are combined. There is no separate standing shower or enclosure, which is common in older apartments, so keep this in mind if you prefer a modern shower setup. There are also no shower curtains. Overall, the apartment is a good choice if you are looking for a clean, basic place with a fantastic location and easy access to Split’s main attractions.
