The location was so central but on a quiet little street. The front garden with bistro tables was lovely on a sunny day and made drying wet swimwear easy. The room was small so the AC was able to cool the room very quickly.
The room is small so this spot can really only be used as a base to sleep while you explore Split.

Well-appointed room with good small kitchen area including microwave. Bathroom with good strong shower. Bed was very comfortable. Location was great for a night before a cruise, very close to the green market, lots of restaurants and pubs. Host was great; we accidentally left a pillow of ours and were able to collect it when we came back to Split one week later with no issues!

Great location close to everything yet quiet.

It was centrally located within old town.
Small room on first floor and had noise from upstairs guests. Even threatened to smash our sore down when they got back from their night out. Garden was unkept with mosquitos.
