PIAC Luxury Suites

Great location!! Just outside the palace walls and near the silver gate entrance. Loved that there is luggage storage which is rare. We had no noise issues.

Location was great- super walkable to everything, only a couple of places were more than 10 min. The only reason I gave this category a slight ding is the noise. Being so close to the palace comes with more people and late night noise, both inside and out. We use white noise anyway, so we were able to mostly mask it but worth being aware of. Fantastic view, a few easy flights of stairs, and it felt very secure. Communication in advance of reservations also great. The space was large enough for two adults and a teenager, her bed the pullout couch. We did not, but if inclined, I think you could cook there. One thing I was unaware of was the lack of irons in hotels or apartments- so bring a steamer!

The location was excellent except for being above the market, with early noisy trucks beeping loudly. Not good for people who like to sleep in. The bed was quite comfortable.

There were three access numbers to get into the suite, and we only got the third one a few hours before we arrived. As my husband and I arrived separately and he didn’t have an Internet connection this caused great difficulties. The occupant of the other suite were also very noisy and we had to tell them to be quiet at midnight.
