Location was excellent. Room was well equipped and the bed was comfortable.

Very good would be excellent but for the lack of hot water. Despite the switch on the wall being on, after my husband had a warm shower, the hot water finished during my shower. I had a head full of shampoo and the water turned very cold.

Ease of access using keypad and notified codes.

Although luggage be left, the location of that place is not especially secure.

The location was perfect. Right outside the Silver Gate - wow! The apartments were all super clean and well appointed. Great place - would stay here again and again.

Sometimes the lights in the stairwell didn’t come on automatically.

The property was beautifully furnished with blackout shutters, a great bed and amazing shower. Just all you need really. Ana was super helpful and accommodating with making up an extra bed. The apartment is incredibly well located, really close to the ferry port and train station and in the beautiful old town. Windows were soundproofed though-couldn’t hear a thing once they were closed. The kitchen was well equipped and luggage storage was available. Check in instructions were really easy to follow.

It’s was spacious enough for 2, the place looked good, and was well located. Honestly it was so close from the attraction and the restaurant. They also provide a storage place to keep your luggage when you check out. I enjoyed my stay.

It’s just that the actual entrance was difficult to find.

Comfortable room and bed. Good shower, fluffy towels and lovely clean room. Great to have a kitchen facility in the room to make your own breakfast and tea or coffee. Good size fridge with water provided and small welcome bottle of fizz. Enjoyed the welcome biscuits. Asked for more pillows and provided instantly. Check in, directions and communication all done via What’s App and worked well. Easy walk from ferry. Supermarket and market a few steps away. Would definitely stay again if returning to Split.

This room is right outside the palace walls and just a few minutes walk to the ferry terminal. It is clean, convenient, comfortable, modern, and well-appointed. It also has air-conditioning. The bed is quite comfortable. The operator is responsive.

The suites share a building with a number of other properties. The entrance is a bit less than welcoming. We were there on a weekend night, and with the windows open, could hear late-night revelers. During our stay, a neighboring property caused an odor issue, but this seemed to be a unique situation, and the operator was quick to assist us.

A very well equipped comfortable and clean suite in a great location. Instructions and checking were hassle free and the ability to store luggage after checkout was most welcome. Will use again.

Very central location for everything in Split, coming and going to the islands or going to airport. We had a room facing the streets overlooking the city walls. Room was big enough for 2 people. Very clean. Good fridge, and a small kitchen with cups, propper wine glasses, plates etc. Nespresso coffee machine. Good info upfront regarding check in.

We stayed for one night. We were kept awake for hours by drunk people coming and going, seagulls and birds. If you want a good night sleep choose another place for your stay. The room was very nice and clean. Bu in the hallway there was an extreme smell of chemicals/ acetone? The smell was nauseating. Missing propper lightning in the stairs leading up to the apartments.

No doors between rooms, no stable internet, water didnt drain well in shower (it makes a water pool, luckily dont go over ), door lock make noise when you enter apartment ( you will wake up room mate if you come late at night). No luxury feeling…

Location is excellent. Just across from Split Old Town Gate. Very short walk to Split waterfront. Check in was very well explained, and easy. The suite was very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities needed. We did not think noise was an issue at all.

There was a bad smell from a drain problem.

I travelled at the beginning of March (out of season) so price-quality was super. Great location, close to the green market and the port. Even tough is in an old building the apartment was fantastic and super new. I would come back again. I was for a week and they even asked me if I wanted fresh towels or whatever I needed.

If I had to suggest something is just more illumination in the alley leading to the main entrance of the building.

Apartment 2L WOW WOW WOW Where do I begin ? This apartment is absolutely stunning ! Situated 10 mins walk from the port area and less than 5 mins from the scenic Riva promenade , superb location , central ‘old town ‘ but a few minutes from the busy area of Riva . Approached by a pretty road with a few market stalls , the Entrance to the building is via a coded Exterior door . Once inside the PIAC Luxury Suites are situated on the first floor in a private wing , again reached via a coded interior door ( fabulous security) . Once in the PIAC wing you will find all 4 beautiful apartments. Here your personal front door will be opened via a coded door lock . Opening our door we were simply stunned by the accommodation - it was Fantastic ! Every aspect of our apartment was designed with luxury and quality in mind . The apartment is so cleverly planned , with a master bedroom, a main kitchen/ living area and a beautifully appointed modern bathroom . The master bedroom has plenty of storage and a bigger bed than we expected. The main living area was arranged at our request with a large sofa bed for our son - which would accommodate 2 people easily - this area also has plenty of well thought out storage , a table and 4 chairs and a kitchen area , complete with modern facilities- including large integrated fridge freezer , dishwasher , stove top , and a coffee maker . Every possible amenity to ensure our stay was perfect . The bathroom had a fabulous double waterfall shower as well as a handheld accessory ( perfect for smaller children ) , wonderfully scented toiletries and big soft white towels . Again lots of hidden storage for personal toiletries too . The bed linen was top quality , so comfortable and soft and the luxurious mattresses ensured a restful nights sleep . The decor throughout was so tasteful and relaxing , and the attention to detail outstanding . The apartment was scrupulously clean . Now to my favourite part - THE VIEW !!
