Kuzma Rooms and Apartments

I had a wonderful week at Kuzma Rooms and Apartments and can absolutely recommend staying here! The host is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, while still giving you plenty of privacy. My room was perfect for one person and had everything I needed. It was clean, comfortable, and included a small private bathroom with a shower. The balcony gets beautiful sunshine in the morning, while in the afternoon it is pleasantly shaded — perfect for relaxing. And an important detail for visiting Split in summer: the room has air conditioning, which is definitely a must! For a room with a private bathroom and balcony, I had everything I needed and was completely happy with what was provided. If you prefer a little more space or additional facilities and amenities, I would recommend choosing one of the apartments here rather than a room. For me personally, though, the room was absolutely sufficient and I was very happy with it just the way it was. The location is absolutely perfect. There is a wonderful restaurant right across the street and another one next door, and several supermarkets are just a few minutes away on foot. The sandy beach, the Riva, and the harbour are all within about a 7–10 minute walk. So you are right in the centre of everything, but still enjoy a little more peace and quiet than if you stayed directly on the Riva. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Kuzma Rooms and Apartments. I will definitely be happy to stay here again the next time I spend a few days in Split!

The only small thing is that the fridge could be a little noisy at night. It didn’t bother me much, but if you are a light sleeper, you might want to bring some earplugs just in case. Better having them than needing them.

Very close to the city centre, easilly accessible by foot or car. The apartment was very clean and spatious, and had all the appliances one could need. We even had a small terrace for coffee and breakfast. The owners were easy to contact and approachable. Everything was in great condition and well maintained.

We were only lacking a washing machine for laundry, since we changed clothes often thanks to the summer heat, and there was nowhere to clean them.

It was very clean, well presented, everything about checking in and out was very clear. Everyone was so friendly!
