Beautiful property, very quiet location. Only a few minutes to the city beach.

Overall, this is a high-quality apartment located on the German first floor in a quiet residential lane. The living room is very spacious, and the sofa can be converted into a sofa bed. Together with the two double beds in the bedrooms, the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The kitchen is well equipped, and all rooms are fitted with air conditioning, making it a comfortable place to stay even during the summer.

The only downside is the hot water supply. It is sufficient for two people to shower consecutively, but the next guests will need to wait more than 30 minutes for enough hot water to be available again. The washing machine and dishwasher could also benefit from more regular maintenance. The detergent drawer of the washing machine was a little untidy, and the dishwasher’s spray arms appeared to be partially clogged. The dishwasher salt and rinse aid had not been refilled, so the glassware did not come out as sparkling clean as expected.

Clean, luxurious, spacious, and furnished with everything that travelers could need. Great location. Clear check-in direction. Wonderful host!!
