Luxury apartment Monvi near Bačvice beach and old town

Clean and comfortable apartment close to the beach and old town. Excellent communication and service from the landlord.

We had an incredible stay at this luxury apartment and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The location could not be better. We were just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, and a lovely, easy 12-minute stroll into the vibrant centre of Split. Everything you could possibly need is right on your doorstep - there’s a delicious bakery, a great coffee shop, and a supermarket just moments away, making day-to-day living so effortless. The apartment itself is a dream. It is beautifully furnished, tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean. It’s fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, and the air conditioning was absolute perfection - keeping us perfectly comfortable after hot days exploring the area (there was an amber weather warning when we visited). The washing machine was a bonus and balcony drying area was really helpful. A huge thank you to Dino for being such a fantastic host. His communication was lightning-fast, and his responsiveness made the entire experience completely stress-free. The welcome pack was much appreciated after a late-night delayed flight. A special mention also goes to his father-in-law, Moris, who gave us such a warm welcome. He took the time to show us around the apartment and gave us a super helpful introduction to Split, complete with local insights that made our trip even more enjoyable. There was so much to do in Split and the surrounding area - we hope to return one day.

A beautiful stay .. location was perfect.. bakery and beach close by, along with shopping and all the sites .. Dino provides an amazing place with everything you need to enjoy a fantastic city ..

The apartment was in mint condition, absolutely clean, fully equipped and with a private terrace with furniture and a fantastic airconditioning. It was even better than the advertised description. There was coffee and tea and snacks and drinks in the fridge. We also got a personal guided tour of the environment by the host. Dino the owner is the textbook host. We had some issues with the internet and after we reported it he literally jumped in his car to help us fix it. Perfect place if you want an unforgettable trip to Split.
