Avoid if you can
Cold. The apartment's temperature is capped at 22 degrees. The house has poor insulation and the table is close to the exit door so that area was particularly cold. I could not work on my laptop because my hands were freezing (it was about 0 degrees outside and the poor insulation means that cold was coming in. I asked the host if they can help with this and they told me to wear an extra layer of clothes! I then asked them if they can increase the temperature cap to 25 and they said that this is mandatory by the government due to gas crisis. This is a blatant lie as I have friends living in the Netherlands and I know the rules.
Dirty. There were several huge spider webs in the bathroom.
Code. The door's code was reset and I had to wait outside in the cold for about half an hour for them to fix it.

One of most awful stays I've experienced.
The location of this place is fantastic. A few minutes walk from the train station, if you travel by public transport. And super close to all the town amnesties. There is also paid car park designated for the guests, which was rather painful to get into with a shared key fob and lack of clear instruction, but an acceptable solution for in town parking if you travel by car.
The entire stay was deeply disappointing, starting from extremely poor communication with the Host and lack of their support all the way to rather questionable cleanliness of the property and rather cold temperature inside.
I was bombarded with automatically generated messages, but no answers or real support when tried to communicate with real person in writing.
Regarding the cleanliness - if I would be arriving any earlier, I would book another hotel, and ask for refund(!) The floors were filthy and appeared that no-one has ever mopped them, left my feet and socks black after walk around the room. The bedding appeared to be unchanged between guests, and just staged as neatly done with fresh towels at the end of the bed - it was all wrinkled and did not smell fresh; in addition the upstairs "bed" (which turned out to be a mattress on the floor) looked like someone did lie down in it before I arrived. The condition of the place truly scared me.
Uncomfortably low temperature - There are 2 heaters in the property, set to maximum heating of 21C - one by the glass entrance door, and one in the open plan double ceiling height bedroom. No heating in the kitchen area. I was unable to make temperature inside to raise to comfortable level during my 2 nights stay. I ended up purchasing additional blankets, to shield myself from what did not appear as clean bed, and the low temperatures. I dread to think how cold it could get if temperature outside was any lower.
I definitely will not be staying again, and was truly pleased the moment I could leave - which is definitely not the experience you would like to have when being away from home.

De locatie is top, de hoge plafonds en ruimte gevoel in het "appartement" zijn ook fijn.
De prijs komt helemaal niet overeen met wat je krijgt. Veel te duur. Er is bijvoorbeeld geen kast, niks om je kleren tijdelijk in op te bergen...? Heel vreemd. Daarnaast is het bed boven meer voor de show. Dat is gewoon een matras op de grond. Ok misschien voor kinderen, dat is de bedoeling ook. Maar voor die prijs verwacht je toch meer. Ook de douche die uitloopt, het water komt langs een hoekje in de muur gewoon zo onder je badkamermeubel... Het voelt en ruikt ook echt niet goed verlucht daar in de badkamer / wc. De ruimte die je er hebt geeft het idee dat je luxe hebt, maar dat is echt niet het geval. Je kan de voordeur, dat direct op de straat uitkomt, ook niet van binnenuit op slot doen. Geeft een onveilig gevoel, nogal wat verkeer / voetgangers etc daar. En dan het self checkin systeem dat maar blijft emailen terwijl dat rond is. Dan de verkeerde pincode. Geen duidelijke aanwijzing dat je bij nummer 34 in plaats van huisnummer 36 moet zijn... Allemaal te overzien, maar voor deze prijs? Absolute no go!

Közel van a vasútállomáshoz és a centrumhoz. Biztonságosak és tiszták az utcák, ez azért fontos, mert az appartman ajtaja a járdára nyílik közvetlenül.
Konyhában nagyon kevés a felszereltség, például evőeszközök, tányérok, mosogatószivacs hiányzott. Alapélelmiszer nem volt, például kevés só vagy cukor

Originelle Einrichtung. Privater Parkplatz auf Anfrage (15€ pro Nacht).
Leichte Schwierigkeiten beim Check-in (Schlüssel Parkplatz nicht vorhanden wie beschrieben) ließen sich per Anruf allerdings lösen.

Ci sono due appartamenti vicini, una casa completa al civico 34 e nove stanze con cucina in comune al 36, non ci é arrivata subito la mail con i vari codici per aprire le porte e una volta arrivata non capivamo qual'era la porta, una volta trovata non si apriva, dopo un ennesima mail si é finalmente aperta, comunque dopo un primo disguido ci siamo trovati bene.

Mooi appartement. Wel donker! Geen terras, Badkamer kon netter. Met de auto? Vraag vooraf parking!
Geen ontbijt mogelijk. Er is een koffiebar schuin over de accommodatie. Maar je moet wel weten dat de deze maar om 8u30 opengaat. Bakkers zijn er ook niet echt in de buurt. Je maakt het meeste kans op een ontbijt (voor 9u) bij Starbucks in het station vlakbij
Op de foto's lijkt het alsof je vanaf het appartement toegang hebt tot de binnenplaats (tuin/terras) dat is dus helemaal niet zo. Dit is in een ander gebouw.
