Scammers owners! They take your money and don’t give you details fo check in !!!

Nothing ! They take the money and after find a reason for dont give you the property! When you want take the money back from Booking.nl they dont accept the free cancellation and take you 106€ for nothing (they say it’s property politics)

The lady who “rent” this is really big scammer!!! I try book fo one night me and another girl,I pay and after she send me to complete many many forms ,I did ,she keep us outside in the cold waiting for more then 1 h and in the end when I ask many times for the check in code for doors ,she tell me she don’t want rent us because she don’t trust !!!! I try call and talk to Booking.nl to refund my money back but when they send her email for the free cancellation because we even don’t step in that property,she don’t accept the free cancellation an she keep from the price 176€ what I pay 106€ ! And she refund me just 70€!!!! I do not recommend this !!!!!

Perfect.

The house is truly as beautiful as it looks in the photos. I stayed with my family of four, and the two lovely bedrooms were very comfortable. The living area, kitchen, and the balcony overlooking the back garden were incredibly peaceful. We stayed for two days, but it’s definitely suitable for a longer stay as well. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The building is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk to the train station and right in the city center, close to all the shops and restaurants. The property management was very helpful and responded quickly to everything we asked. We would love to stay here again the next time we visit.

The stairs leading to the second floor are a bit steep and narrow, but it’s worth it once you reach the rooms.

Nice

The apartment looks very nice, it's also convenient that you have a common area where you can eat and chat, fully equipped kitchen. It's modernly furnished, the heating is very good. Comfy beds, hot shower.

The check-in system is a bit complex, as you need to install an app and they provide a code/key for you on the arrival day. Unfortunately I did not receive the code, so we had to stay an hour outside in the cold while they were trying to solve the issue and give us another code. And although the place looks very good, they didn't have the basics, like toilet paper and a hairdryer. But especially the toilet paper, there was only half a roll for 4 people for 2 nights. I requested some, but we never received any. Also, the place requires the customers to clean the kitchen, plates, glasses, etc, so because of this, the dishes were not too clean, we had to wash them again. But there is no dishwashing liquid, there was some hand soap. So while you have a fully furnished "luxurious" apartment on your hands, it's really annoying to not have the basics. And it's a bit pricey. If they would work on these small things, I think the experience would be exponentially improved.

Luxurious apartment in the heart of town

Beautiful two-bedroom apartment at the top of an historic building. Very close to train station and the main shopping/enterainment area of the city. Everything you need for a relaxing base in this loevly city.

Beds were too soft in both rooms. Some instructions on how to operate the AC would be handy for guests.

Mooi ruim appartement

Mooi, ruim en netjes appartement

Magnetron staat in de gedeelde keuken op het gelijkvloers. Dit staat niet duidelijk vermeld op Booking. Kinderbedje kon volgens Booking gratis aangevraagd worden. Blijkt ook niet het geval te zijn. Hier heb ik ook zelf achter moeten vragen want Bed en Koffie doen daar nog niet eens de moeite voor. Zij werken met automatische mails. Die lijken persoonlijk maar zijn dat niet. Zo kreeg ik een mail in de namiddag of alles naar wens was en ze klaar stonden moest dat nodig zijn terwijl ons verblijf er al opzat. Heb ook telefonisch contact gehad met de “eigenaar “ ivm de magnetron. Zij spreken geen nederlands en ik moest mijn opmerkingen maar doorgeven aan Booking of Airbnb. Heel behulpzaam dus.

Het was okay.

Ruim opgezette kamer met een gezellig koffietentje aan de overkant.

De parkeerplaats is achter een hek die enkel opgaat met een tag. Deze tags liggen in een sleutelkastje. Ons sleutelkastje ging niet open waardoor we niet weg konden. Er was niemand aanwezig om ons te helpen. Telefoniste kon niks anders doen dan een bericht sturen naar de eigenaar en wachten op reactie. In geval van nood ben je dus de pineut.

Heerlijke appartement en erg gezellig

Wat een mooie heerlijke en ruime appartement. Voorzien van alle gemakken. Zelfs een föhn met verschillende stukken voor erop. Het verhaal over een deuk in het matras wat ik teruglees in reviews, is herkenbaar. Wij sliepen aan de voorkant, waar de keuken is en daar voelde je het wel. Wat praktische zaken: geen vriezer, geen airco, 2 trappen waarvan de 2e stijl is. Kamer bij de keuken is aan de wegkant is vanaf 06.30 tot 22.30 uur lawaaierig (ben 1 dag goed ziek geweest en alleen maar in bed gelegen, vandaar de tijden). De andere kamer is de BSO van 08.00 tot ca 18.30 uur. Houd er rekening mee, want voor je rust moet je hier niet zijn. Ook omdat het nog al gehorig is. Wel voor een leuke gezellige tijd in een levendige omgeving waar veel te doen en zien is. Je bent immers in hartje centrum. Wij verzochten om een uur later, dus 11 uur weg te gaan van het parkeerterrein ipv 10 uur, zodat we aan de overkant van de weg nog konden ontbijten. We maakte haast om 09.45 uur echt weg te zijn. Geen probleem was dat. Maar ondanks dat er veel parkeerplaatsen waren (zie laatste foto) werd nogmaals aangegeven dat dit voor de volgende gast was. Inchecken vanaf 15 uur en uitchecken liefst al om 09.45 uur. Ik kreeg berichten dat ik dan echt weg moest zijn ivm codes, schoonmaken etc. Het strak houden van die tijden snap ik, maar het parkeren kan ik echt niet begrijpen waarom daar niet wat flexibiliteit in kan zijn van een uur. Dat vind ik nogal een ding. Wij wilde aan de overkant ontbijten, maar helaas, het betaald parkeren kan alleen per dag (30 euro) en niet per uur. En dan is een parkeerplek vinden al een uitdaging. Jammer dat er geen begrip is, zoals wij hadden voor de uitchecktijd. Om 09.35 uur waren we vertrokken en nogal in de war, omdat er maar 4 plekken bezet waren op het gehele eigen parkeerterrein. Alles was leeg verder. Gelukkig konden wij 2 uur eerder inchecken op onze 2e locatie, dus dat voelde als de beloning! Dus helemaal goed zo.

Heerlijk vertoeven in hartje Tilburg.

De locatie van het appartement is perfect. De Willem 2 was enorm groot en heel comfortabel. Alles schoon en prima voorzieningen! Dichtbij het station en dichtbij de stad, wat wil je nog meer.

De bedden waren echt wel toe aan vervanging. Het matras was erg ingedeukt, evenals de topper, waardoor je enigszins in een kuiltje lag. Voor mensen met last van hun rug niet heel prettig wellicht!
