Poor, do not recommend. We are waiting for our refund.

I am extremely dissatisfied. The bed was broken our first night and could barely sleep. After much back and forth we got ,,upgraded" to another room. Although the bed was not broken, this room was much smaller than what we had originally booked. We are still waiting on our 65EUR refund!!!! It is now well over 14 working days. Unacceptable and would not recommend this property to anyone.

Disappointing and Overpriced Stay

Disappointing and Overpriced Stay We paid over €500 a night for a two-person room that offered very little in terms of comfort or facilities. Despite requesting a late check-out well in advance, this was denied, and there was nowhere to leave our bags. The bathroom had no door and only a glass wall, offering zero privacy, and lacked basics like a hand towel, soap, or shower mat. Windows couldn’t be opened, and the only ventilation was a loud, ineffective fan. The shared kitchen didn’t feel secure for leaving food, and the steep staircase made moving luggage hazardous. No fridge in the room, and the mattress toppers kept sliding off. To make matters worse, the larger room below us—sleeping four—was significantly cheaper, leaving us feeling ripped off. Overall, the price was completely unjustified for such minimal amenities.

Stunning apartment by the station

Excellent location, just a couple of minutes walk from the station. The apartment was amazing, very comfortable, a good size and great value for money for a luxury stay.

1) the sleeping room has no door, one can’t really darken as light comes through the bathroom window 2) all check in procedure is without contact with the personnel. instructions are not excellent, especially for the parking. 3) despite we pay a high price for the room, we were offered only one roll of toilet paper, 2 coffee capsules and 2 tea bags. When I ask about I got this reply “Coffee capsules and 1 roll of toilet paper was provided already. You can buy at the nearby shops if you need extra.” 4) the app OPENOW did not work at our arrival. we were able to find the telephone number on the internet and got some operator (likely from another continent) helping us. it took more than 15 minutes to make it working

Convenient stay in Tilburg

the location is perfect! The design of the rooms is nice. Self check-in was easy.

The bed was way to soft and uncomfortable. The cleaning was not amazing. I missed practical things like hooks for towels or for the coat.

Wow, dirty room i've never had before. In the bathroom even ball of hair from the shower on the floor, the keyless system was offline, even more problems. Would not recommand this location

A very good and modern apartment.

Since the day I booked the apartment I got nice messages and the staff was very helpful with all the questions I had. Upon arrival the apartment was very clean and exactly like the pictures.

They only provided one toilet paper roll for two people for one week, and when I asked if I could get more they replied that I could buy more at the supermarket (supermarkets don’t sell one roll, they sell packs). Also you are not allowed to have visitors at any time.

The devil's in the details.

Large, bright, spacious apartment in beautifully renovated building. Easy walking distance to both station & Tilburg centrum. Fantastic shower, spacious bathroom. Temperature easy to regulate per space/room. Tea and coffee making facilities in apartment. Good wifi.

Apartment poorly cleaned: walking barefoot inside gave dirty soles; coffee cups only rinsed out; one of the handbasins not clean; one of the rubbish bins had not been emptied. Digital key system (doors open via bluetooth connection with openow app on telefoon) is hugely irritating. There are clear video instructions but even following these the system never worked 1st time, neither on 2nd,3rd,4th,5th attempt. Bad enough in the corridor but standing outside on a dark street clearly having difficulty entering the building doesnt feel safe. Bed sagged very badly and was not at all comfortable. Nowhere to hang long coats / clothing.

Nice room, spacious!

The room was dusty and the shower drain wasn’t functioning at all! We had to clean the drain to get the water out of the sink.

Very good

The location was really good just down the road from the central station and one can easily walk to the City Center through the lovely quaint streets. I stayed in two rooms over the course of my stay and both rooms were very nice. Many eateries along the way

The only deceptive thing I found in the advertising is that under apartment facilities one thinks that your personal apartment comes with all the listed facilities but they should actually write common kitchen, common washing machine, common stove etc. I was under the impression all the rooms had a kitchenette/kitchen area but that wasn’t the case. But apart from that the place was great!

Alles, het was schoon, netjes, hygiënisch en het voelde echt als een luxe get away!

Het kon heel warm worden in de kamer, omdat de zon volop naar binnen schijnt, maar met de ventilator erbij was dit goed te doen.

Toplocatie en heerlijk slapen. Het is voor herhaling vatbaar.

Mooie ruime kamer en badkamer op toplocatie. Een heerlijk bed en lekkere stoelen.

Het was heel warm tijdens ons verblijf. Dan is het ‘s nachts erg benauwd in de kamer. Erstaat een grote ventilator, die goed werkt en voor de nacht luidruchtig is. Airco had het geheel helemaal af gemaakt.

Sfeer van de suite en de plek. We waren binnen 10 min in het centrum

Er is geen deur bij de badkamer. Wanneer iemand op toilet zit, hoor je dat in bed.

Prachtig appartement!

Het appartement is prachtig! Op loopafstand van het centrum en parkeergelegenheid in de buurt, en het bed lag ook echt heerlijk, we hebben genoten!

Ècht een dikke 10. Als ik íets moet melden als minpunt is het dat de grote douchekop ontkalkt moet maar die hangt dan ook erg hoog en de handdouche was prima, de straal hard genoeg je haar uit te spoelen ;)
