Nice apartment located in most beautiful part of Tilburg.

The property is located in the most beautiful part of Tilburg. Both, the train station and the bus terminal are in 5 min walking distance. There are many nice cafes and restaurants around. I can highly recommend June (https://junetilburg.nl), which is just 5 min walk from the apartment! Also, there is a back yard at the property, which you can use to store your bike. For those interested in visiting Tilburg University, it can easily be reached either by bus (12 min) or by bike (very convenient bike routes everywhere in Tilburg). Alternatively, it is a 30-45 min walk. :)

Just a few tweaks and it will be perfect!

Amazing neighborhood, near the train station. Amazing building, amazing loft and amazing back garden. Truly a work of art. The room is called Willem 1 and it's a bit small with the shower having so separating wall, but I actually like it. It's very stylish and minimal.

Main disadvantage is that the bed is so soft you sink in it. Some people might like this, but it's not good for anyone's back. Other than that, a little bit of dust, the bathroom sink was a bit clogged, but all in all a very pleasant experience and value for money.

Missing attention to detail, but a solid and cozy apartment.

Very modern and beautiful apartment with a very comfortable bed; the owner offered help if needed; easy check-in and check-out.

The cleanliness could have been better (dust on plants, behind TV, decoration in general), no batteries in the light next to the bed and just one toilet roll.

Beautiful place in a wonderful city

.We were delighted! Loved the zone, and the old building. We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay considering the touristic area and the things we wanted to see. We didn't know this in advance, we were only looking for an accommodation under 100 euro per 2 nights. Once there, we discovered it was much better to stay on that "side" of the river instead of the other. Near to great attractions as Saint Nicholas Church, KGB museum, Charles Bridge, the Medieval Tabern, Castle of Prague,Ginger Bread Museum. Also, as we checked in super late, they left us the key on the lock, super helpful and save. They own a Gelato and coffee shop so you can provide yourself with nice breakfast. But also, you have a kitchen in the room and everything you need to cook if you want. Great value for money

The towel dryer didn't work.

Great place, right in the center of Tilburg. Maybe it could improve the conservation of some itens, but it was quiet and

beautiful room, very cozy

some of the objects were partially broken or overused, like one of the lamps, the electric jar (it was a little dirty), and the toilet cleaning brush (it was broken)

prachtig mooi verblijf, wel gehannes met veel mails en codes. De tussenpersoon is een gedoe.

Drama, je moet eerst online formulieren invullen. Dat moet je maar net even weten. Dan wordt je gebeld door een onbekend nummer door een engels sprekende dame waardoor je direct aan fraude denkt. Als je uiteindelijk door hebt dat het van het hotel is en contact probeert te leggen dan is er toch een communicatie kloof. Mailtjes over en weer met formulieren die je moet invullen. Heb geloof ik wel 15 mails gehad. Aangekomen is het niet bekend waar je moet parkeren en hoe het werkt. Geniale oplossing met de sleutelkastjes maar wel een gehannes.

Een eerlijke review

De Locatie was ideaal voor als je de stad Tilburg wilt zien, er waren heel van leuke winkels daar allemaal om de hoek van de woning. Gemakkelijk om vanaf daar naar poppodium 013 te gaan, en het is een prima kamer.

Sommige dingen konden beter waaronder het matrass van de bedden, die waren veel te zacht waardoor je hellemaal inzakte al hellemaal wanneer je met z'n 2e slaapt. 4 handdoeken zijn te weinig voor 2 nachten, in een hotel heb je geliefs eigelijk 6/8 voor 2 nachten aangezien sommige geliefs in de avond/ochtend douchen.

Op zich een fijne, centraal gelegen locatie in een mooi gebouw.

Suggestie in de folder dat er een eigen kitchenette in het appartement zou zijn; er was echter slechts een kitchenette voor alle suites. Volgens bevestiging van Booking zouden we appartement 3 op de tweede verdieping hebben. Die bestond niet; moest zijn appt 1. Op de 1e verdieping hing een overzicht met de appartementen waarbij ook appt 3 op de tweede verdieping stond vermeld. Enigszins verwarrend. Wij zij 70-ers en hadden het fijn gevonden vooraf te weten dat ons appartement op de tweede etage was en dat er ruim 40 trap treden beklommen moesten worden om er aan te komen. In de douche gen veiligheidsbeugel, noch een trekker om de vloer droog te trekken.
