spacious room.. clean, kitchen aria good

After booking through Booking.com, we received a questionnaire to fill out. The questions included personal details such as: "Who will be in the room with you? Is it a man or a woman? How old are you? Are there additional people coming to your room? Who are they? What is the purpose of your visit?" They also requested a photo of your passport and your social security number. This felt very intrusive, almost like going through U.S. border control. While I completed most of the form online, every answer was mandatory, leaving no room for flexibility. It definitely didn’t create a welcoming atmosphere. Upon arrival, we encountered further issues. Something went wrong with the system, and we had to redo the entire process. The women answering the phone were abrupt, and it was clear they weren’t the owners of the property. It took 45 minutes to comply with these excessive rules and regulations, and we were on the verge of ruining our weekend. To make matters worse, there were others locked out as well, some waiting for over an hour. We felt like we were being treated like prisoners. Eventually, we complied and received the access codes, but of course, they didn’t work. We had to call yet again, for the fifth time. In conclusion, the check-in process needs a serious overhaul. It's important to make guests feel welcome, not threatened or frustrated. The current procedure is cumbersome and off-putting. While the rooms themselves were great, the check-in experience needs significant improvement to match the quality of the accommodations.

Always a great stay

I go to Stadsvilla quite often for business and it never disappoints. Room is always incredibly clean, 3 mins walk from the train station and very nicely located.

Great room, excellent position and smart check-in. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable washing room. It has also a spacious garden.

Superb

The room was huge and freshly decorated, very comfy bed and well equipped shared kitchen, ice machine was a nice touch.

The windows were a little hard to open, initially we struggled to access the property but got the codes fairly quickly after calling the host.

I didn't know the room number (or I missed it in the numerous emails which proceeded my stay). So I had to scan all the doors to find out which one was mine - so for the non tech savvy people (like myself) it might be useful to mention that beforehand.

Pleasant

The room was spacious and it had mini espresso machine.

Windows are sield, no way to open them. No soap. The place is noisy, you can hear every step other guests make in their rooms.

Betten deutlich zu weich, Topper sah nicht einladend aus (Flecken), Extrakosten fürs Parken (15 euro pro Tag).

Super gehorig, om 1 minuut over uitchecktijd liep er al iemand de kamer op zonder te kloppen, niet hygiënisch, rugpijn van het bed, geen sleutel in het kastje voor het parkeren.

Ļoti plaša istaba un vannas istaba, laba komunikācija, ērti iečekoties pašiem. Super tuvu stacijai un centram, kas ceļotāji ir svarīgi.

Nav iespēja glabāt bagāžu pirms iečekošanās laika. Virtuvē trūkst svarīgas lietas, piemēram, eļļa un cukurs. Nebija arī dakšiņas.

Atvyke negalėjome ilgai gauti raktų, po kelionės norėjosi poilsio, teko nerimauti kad teks ieškoti nakvynės kitur. Norėjosi, kad įsikūrimo procesas būtu lengvesnis.

Obiekt w centrum miasta, obok stacji kolejowej

Nie zwrócili mi ani centa za rezerwację , którą musiałam anulować. Obiecali ,że jeśli zarezerwuje u nich kolejny pobyt to uwzględnią te koszty. Nic takiego się nie stało mimo wysyłanych kilkunastu maili. Na koniec , już po paru dniach przysyłają fakturę na 9 euro za pobyt turystyczny ! Nie polecam tej firmy , ja na pewno już z niej więcej nie skorzystam !

A TV não tinha controle, então não podia ser utilizado. Poderia oferecer um pouco mais de amenities no quarto como sabonetes, papel higiênico en maior quantidade.

Vervangen van de matrassen en het verbetere van de douche zou een groot verschil maken.

De locatie is top en het gebouw zelf is heel mooi.

De matrassen waren oud en doorgelegen, waardoor we samen in een kuil lagen en slecht sliepen. De badkamer is ruim, maar het douchegordijn was erg onpraktisch en bleef steeds aan je plakken. Ondanks de goede locatie zou het vervangen van de matrassen en het verbeteren van de douche een groot verschil maken.
