It was very comfortable and in great localisation.Me and my family were very pleased.

Mediocre pricey stay

Nice looking apartment. Looks like it is in the pictures.

There was only one roll of toilet paper in the entire apartment for 4 people. They said there would be coffee for you and we could make 4 espressos in total, the windows were dirty and not cleaned, the central heating couldn't go higher than 22 degrees, one window didn't have shutters that could close. For the money you spend here each night, I feel like they could do a little more.

Unless the owners / operators improved the living condition more comfortable by installing AC , it is definitely not

the property is not equipped to be rented out during summer . it was extremely warm and suffocating with poor ventilation. even the fans provided made the evening mildly habitable . during the day , the living room with direct afternoon sun made it most uncomfortable to even utilise the room . Housekeeping was substandard. allocating only a half used toilet roll was insufficient. not properly cleaning the apartment from last tenant as we found a pair of underwear lying by the arm chair in the living room . photo attached .

Leuk verblijf!

We werden vooraf goed ingelicht hoe we binnen konden in het appartement. Het is een zeer ruim appartement. De bedden zijn heel comfortabel. De badkamer is fantastisch. Het is rustig gelegen en toch dicht bij het station en het centrum.

De raamverduistering is aan vernieuwing toe. De touwtjes van de lamellen waren kapot waardoor je ze niet helemaal kon opendoen. Ze gingen ook scheef bij het toekomen wat een slordige indruk gaf. Vooraan in de woonkamer kan er geen raam worden opengezet. Bij het afwassen van de borden in de keuken in het appartement, liep het water helemaal uit de kast waardoor we drie dagen geen afwas konden doen in het appartement. (beneden was er wel een gemeenschappelijke keuken die we konden gebruiken)

Het appartement is helaas gehorig (het is een oud, karakteristiek pand), we konden door dreunende voetstappen precies horen waar de bovenbuurman zich in het appartement bevond. Daarnaast is het vooral een kwestie van gedrag om, ook bij het sluiten van deuren, rekening te houden met andere gasten.

Luxe, ruim appartement op toplocatie in Tilburg!

Ruimtelijk appartement, topkwaliteit badkamer en keuken. Waanzinnige locatie in Tilburg. Erg mooi pand, in goede staat. Zeer eenvoudige check-in met codes. Ten tijden van verblijf snelle communicatie via Booking chat. Alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt aanwezig.

Communicatie vooraf liep wat stroef. Last-minute moesten paspoorten en formulieren binnen 24 uur worden geüpload, en een dag voor check-in ontving ik informatie voor het verkeerde (kleinere en goedkopere) appartement. De communicatie bleef wat onpersoonlijk; ondanks meerdere contacten werd ik steeds als "Ivo" aangesproken in plaats van "Stef," en het opgegeven WhatsApp-nummer werkte niet of gaf geen reactie. Alles werd uiteindelijk super opgelost en de service via de Booking-chat was tijdens het verblijf snel en top!

Els matalassos molt flonjos, neteja del forn i utensilis de cuina bruts. Feien obres al carrer i per arribar cada vegada al lloc era una mica engorrós.

Beautiful apartment with mouse traps

Het appartement zag er heel modern uit, het was erg ruim, en de locatie was perfect.

In elke kamer van het appartement staan er muizenlokdozen/muizenvallen. We begrepen van de host dat er een muizenprobleem was die nu verholpen scheen te zijn. De muizenlokdozen stonden en muizenvallen stonden er ter preventie van muizen, maar het oogt erg vies en geeft een slecht gevoel alsof er daadwerkelijk nog muizen zijn. Bovendien, als het probleem is opgelost dan moet je in mijn ogen alle lokdozen en vallen weghalen. We sliepen met het gevoel dat er muizen rondliepen, en dat was erg oncomfortabel. De host snapte de zorgen niet.

Помешкання гарне, стильне. Велике. Дуже велике. На кухні є все необхідне з посуду. Тепло. Ванна кімната шикарна. Фото повністю відповідають реальності!

На кухні якщо ти збираєшся готувати нічого не має. Приправи, сіль, пару приправ, олія, пергамент, фольга. Було б добре якби був мінімальний набір. Нема однакових келихів для вина.
